He was on-time, efficient, friendly, protected the wall corners from the hoses and the carpets turned out great! Rob's the best! His prices are really good and he does a really good job. My kids stain the carpets really badly with milk and food and when Rob comes, it all comes out. Carpet looks brand new! Note: Otter Pop and Gatorade stains don't come out due to the food coloring in them. I typically call Rob to clean the downstairs maybe every 6 months (because the kids are too messy), then an annual whole house cleaning every year. My friends who started using Rob love his work too! They used to rent a carpet cleaner but Rob's prices are so affordable, it doesn't even make sense to rent a cleaner and go through the hassle of carrying that heavy machine, trying to figure out how to use it etc. read more

Glad to see everyone else was provided a great service based on reviews except for me! Absolutely Terrible Service! We had 3 rooms and 2 sets of stairs and carpet still looks the same!!! Floors are not severe and stains should have been an easy clean besides the red stains but this was a waste of money!!Our appointment was at 2 and he finished at 3. From experience I know for a fact 3 rooms and 2 stairs does not take 1 hour! I don't know if he was having a bad day or if he just didn't feel like putting any effort in but I could've paid a child to just come and wet my damn carpet!
