They arrived early, the technician was absolutely amazing. we had originally asked to have our bar stool seats cleaned. He was super honest and said he'd try one before he cleaned them all because with the material it might not work. he tried, didn't look nice so he told us while he could clean them the marks would still be there. How honest is that to not upcharge us for something that wouldn't make a difference. the rest of the rugs look wonderful. best they've looked in months. for sure will call them again. read more

Crystal Carpet Care came to our home and cleaned our carpets and did a good job. When the carpet dried there were two spots that appeared that were new and must have been under the carpet pad when the carpets were installed. This of course was vexing. I called Crystal Carpet Care to see if there was anything they could do, or what it might cost to fix the unseen problem? The person on the phone was polite ,and said they would schedule someone to take a look and see if they could remedy the situation. The technician was friendly, professional and went beyond what we expected from todays visit. HOLY SMOKES! I AM SO HAPPY TO USE CRYSTAL CARPET CARE. I got a new pup that chewed up the carpet and left a large hole (about 6in x 6in). I've called multiple companies and was unsuccessful in finding one to repair the spot. I've even had a company agree to do it then ghost me. I magically found CCC & spoke to Jackie. She was amazing. I have two goldens who basically reeked havoc on my carpets one left a giant pee stain in my living room the other well the little terror ripped up my carpet in three spots before I called crystal carpet care to see if they could fix it. We set the appointment for the following week and the night before they get there the little poop tore up a bigger section of carpet. When I got the call the next morning that they were on their way I let crystal carpet care know what had happened hoping they could fix it and when I got home from work my carpets were perfect and clean. These guys did a fantastic job starting with the initial phone call all the way to the tech (Josh) leaving me with a pleasant experience. We just bought this house and needed the carpets cleaned. The owner answered the phone (super nice guy) and explained the whole process making me feel comfortable with his team. He immediately continued to tell me who the tech will be coming to my house with a quote right right over the phone. I almost forgot about the quote because it was a great conversation. They did what they said and confirmed arrival the day before (she was super nice too!). Once josh showed up, he was super friendly, asked if I had any concerns, walked me through the process and did a fantastic job. He even managed to get out old furniture impressions! He gave me some care instructions, gave me his card in case something came up and left me with a small bottle of spot treatment if I had a spills happen. I would totally give a 5 star review for customer service! The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star is because something strange happened that caused some striping on our stairs. We had a burn in our carpet from my daughter and her incense stick (long story). Ben came out and gave us a quote. We also requested a quote from Abbey Carpet who said they would email the quote that night, and we never heard back from them. But no loss for us! Ben did such a wonderful job patching the carpet that I can't see any seems or any difference. I'm so happy with how it came out, and he's so knowledgeable about carpet repairs. This is the best carpet cleaner I have ever had. Joe got out a red wine stain that I have had for 40 years. He also carried my artificial tree out to the garage. My husband is weak from chemo for pancreatic cancer and I had back surgery 3 weeks earlier and was not supposed to lift anything over 10 pounds.
