I reached out to them last week after water started falling from the upstairs bathroom into the first floor bathroom of the duplex we own. I sent them a message via Yelp and their office responded within the hour, allowing me to pick the time when they would come out the following day. And from there we were rolling. During the initial visit, Cody deduced that there was likely a problem with the flange and wax ring in the upstairs toilet. When they came back the next work day to do the work, we ended up having to get into the walls, where it was easy to see that the 100+-year-old cast iron pipes, original to the home, were actually rusting, with very noticeable cracks in them, leaking water throughout. Over the next day and a half, YSOP replaced ye olde pipes, patched another leak, replaced the flanges on both toilets in the building and moved the plumbing for the basement washing machines, since they already had to work in that vicinity anyway. This was a big job, that didn't come cheap, but they were upfront with all costs and kept to their quote. I also appreciated that they called to give me a 20-minute warning before they showed up each time. Through and through, YSOP was easy to work with, respectful of me and my property and thorough communicated. I will definitely use them again!

We weren't sure if it was coming from behind the tile wall or if it was just the faucet stems but another plumbing company came out yesterday and charged $99 just to tell us that we would have to hire a tile demo person to tear out the tile wall to the tune of $800 before they could even start to repair it. SMH But today Jason with Maeser was at our house within 30 minutes of our call and done with all repairs within the hour! And Maesers cost was less than half of the other company's quote! Not only that Jason was the most respectful kind man and he was obviously very knowledgeable. And he saved us from having to go to a hotel room tonight because we had no water. Jason graciously came in and treated my husband and I with respect and assured us he would take care of everything for us. He put our minds at rest which meant the world to us, especially being seniors. He definitely went above and beyond! Tony K. did a couple of…read morehandyman jobs like replacing toilet ring, tightening front door closing, and hot water tank replacement. Every task had to be re-fixed by a professional. Please don't pay him before the job is done. We allowed him to talk us into allowing him to replace our vinyl siding at a home remodel that we're planning on moving into. He assured us that it would be him and a guy or two. Tony said he would be there everyday. He never would show up to the hpuse except to pay the two hispanic guys. The guys ended up using white caulk and taking the clear caulk, that we purchased for the project. It was brought Tony's attention and he lied and said in a couple of hours the white caulk will turn clear. It was taken from the job site. We actually purchased the multiple tubes of clear caulk, ourselves, along with all of the needed supplies. It looks awful. We'll end up having to rip up the caulk and replace it all with clear caulk. Tony begged and begged us to pay him half and total cost everyday even though we bought all the materials amd the job was not complete. We finally paid Tony after his pity speech. The siding job is still not finished. He still refuses to finish the siding, in writing. We're still debating what next steps we'll take. Their website offered free quotes, and I had questioned that over the phone. They were quick to send someone out to assess the situation. Upon arrival, the job seemed harder then expected too quote, so I was told they would gather the correct personnel and be back out to the site. Upon second arrival, they had assessed the area for roughly an hour. Gave me my options of either trying to find the leak, or just replace the entire line. I asked for a quote for both options. A few days passed and I received a detailed quote of what I had asked for. Its been a few years now but i believe we were quoted $120 an hour for labor.I agreed we would just replace the entire line, rather then go through the hassle of trying to find the leak. I was not home the day they had broken ground. Upon breaking ground at 9am. They found the leak immediately, rather then letting me know they patched the leak and cleaned the area and left. I received a call around 11am saying the job was finished. I was surprised, they said they just went ahead and patched the line which we didn't agree too, however I was glad the job was finished. Until we got the bill of over $800. The bill was not itemized and had a very quick due date. We don't let bills go unpaid, so we mailed a check when we got it. I did the math of the 2 hours at the labor rate they quoted us. And couldn't figure out how it was that high of a bill. At that pricing I would have rather had the line replaced as we talked about just to be on the safe side. After paying the bill, I emailed the guy who got me the quote was generous enough to give me an itemized bill. There I saw where we had paid for the quote and the time it took to send the guys out. Their quote was not even close to what we were charged. I wrote back confused, and got a response that was less then sub par. Somewhat along the lines of " we are a Christian company, we've been in business for over x amount of years. We value our customers." That was the last I ever heard from them. Just wanted to post this. I will say they did do good work, just didn't stay true to their quote and didn't communicate as I expected them to do. This was also a project done 2 years ago.
