We called Will, and he made time to come out the next evening. He was able to easily diagnose the problem as a blown capacitor and fixed it at a very reasonable price. We were up and running with a working a/c that same night! Will also remembered some of our other ongoing needs, with another aging a/c on our house and issues with our duplex rental. Last summer, I was told I needed to replace my HVAC system before this summer because it uses R-22. Naturally, that was stressful and felt like a huge unexpected expense. When Will came out, he carefully inspected the system and then walked me through the facts. He explained that as long as the unit is working properly, there's no need to replace it just because it uses R-22. He also clarified that refrigerant doesn't need to be added unless there's a leak (contrary to what I had previously been told about it needing regular refills). At no point did he try to upsell me or pressure me into replacing something that still works. Instead, he focused on what was actually necessary and in my best interest. That level of integrity is rare and incredibly appreciated. It's clear he genuinely cares about his customers and values doing the right thing over making a quick sale. I had a tech come to our house about replacing a toilet flange. The current one was cracked. I had…read morealready removed the toilet and wax seal so it was easy for the tech to inspect the issue. After inspecting the issue for a full 30 seconds I was told the only way to deal with the issue was to jackhammer up the concrete and essential destroy the bathroom. I immediately said no. What he didn't know is I knew how to do the work, it wasn't that difficult. I only called because I didn't want to do it myself. Well an hour later and a trip to he parts store I installed the new flange. Will not be calling Greenwell for any kind of service in the future, and I will be spreading the word of the poor service. Also the tech sat in his van for an additional 45 minutes after he exited the home. A little odd, stealing time maybe? Also green Mohawk? Maybe repping the GREENwell brand but a little unprofessional if you ask me. Drexler will be my choice in the future.

The husband was in the background literally yelling. I had to ask her to stop emailing me, in which she continued. I threatened to call the county attorney if she didn't stop. Not only did she NOT stop she had an officer call me to get my side of the story. He then called her to ask her to stop calling me. She is very dishonest. I do not post negative comments unless I feel the public needs to know. No business should ever scream and tag team a customer over nothing. It is on record however. I will NEVER use them again as well as 5 other people I have found in Oldham that feel the same. A good friend had a similar experience with them both. They are fake, not genuine people, it was their unprofessionalism that shocked me. Again, they will respond to this because they are terrified of a bad review, but I must tell others about my experience And share the truth! They have now updated their response FOUR times and is adding personal information about me on here that will likely result in a lawsuit as some should be very confidential. We weren't sure if it was coming from behind the tile wall or if it was just the faucet stems but another plumbing company came out yesterday and charged $99 just to tell us that we would have to hire a tile demo person to tear out the tile wall to the tune of $800 before they could even start to repair it. SMH But today Jason with Maeser was at our house within 30 minutes of our call and done with all repairs within the hour! And Maesers cost was less than half of the other company's quote! Not only that Jason was the most respectful kind man and he was obviously very knowledgeable. And he saved us from having to go to a hotel room tonight because we had no water. Jason graciously came in and treated my husband and I with respect and assured us he would take care of everything for us. He put our minds at rest which meant the world to us, especially being seniors. He definitely went above and beyond! He was able to snake the drain so that it flowed. The problem was I did not have enough people to be filling an upstairs sink and have someone to observe the plumber, He and is trainee, STOLE from Me, a Brighton leather and silver carry on and a tote bag, plus my standard carry on bag to add my DeWalt jig saw which many extra blades, my Dremel kit with all the accessories,, my lifetime collection of hole saws, and I can not be sure what else. When Management was informant they supported the thief. But they did lower the charge to what I was originally quoted. I would not hire this company unless you had enough personal to watch each and everyone, to prevent having your items stolen!

She was 100% willing and helpful to get us booked until I mentioned that when she was available to send someone out. I had already requested another company because I anticipated this to be an expensive repair and I would like to get some estimates quickly. It was at this point that suddenly I could no longer fit on their schedule and I was directly told that I should just let the other company come out. When I asked if there was an issue that I was getting quotes, she said well. Let us know when you want to replace the unit and then offered to send someone out, but only if I was willing to tell them I was going to replace the unit right now. They had no intentions of even looking at the unit to try and repair it and are very obviously not looking for other companies to contradict their pricing or their desire to push you into the most expensive path. I am thoroughly glad they were not the first people to call because I very well probably would have ended up with a overinflated bill for what probably could have just been fixed. Do not use them!!!! Property Damage Caused by Improper Installation of Emergency Sump Pump…read moreI am filing this complaint against Dauenhauer Plumbing regarding significant water damage to my basement that appears to have been caused by the improper installation of my emergency (secondary) sump pump by their company. On Sunday, March 8, 2026, I noticed that my main sump pump was running continuously without shutting off, which was abnormal. Because I had a newer emergency (secondary) sump pump installed as a backup, I unplugged the main pump to prevent possible damage and contacted Dauenhauer Plumbing to schedule an inspection for the following day. On Monday, March 9, 2026, at approximately 8:30 a.m., I heard an unusual sound coming from the sump pump area in my basement. When I investigated, I discovered water forcefully discharging from piping connected to what appeared to be the emergency (secondary) sump pump system. I immediately contacted Dauenhauer Plumbing, and a plumber arrived within approximately 30 minutes and stopped the water flow. According to the plumber who responded, the emergency (secondary) sump pump had been installed incorrectly. He also stated that he found nothing wrong with the main sump pump. He initially believed the discharge line might be clogged and cut the exterior line to inspect it, but there was no standing water in the discharge line. The plumber then stated that he believed the underground discharge line might be broken and offered to arrange excavation. Instead, I suggested a temporary above-ground discharge solution to move water away from the foundation. The plumber went to Lowe's, purchased flexible piping, returned, connected it, charged me for the materials and labor, and then left. As a result of this incident, my basement sustained water damage, including: Basement flooring saturated with water Drywall/sheetrock wet Insulation wet Possible defect or damage to the main sump pump I have photographs and video of the incident and damage. I have also contacted my homeowner's insurance company, State Farm, and they advised me to begin emergency mitigation with PuroFirst. That process is currently underway. I have made multiple attempts to contact management at Dauenhauer Plumbing regarding this matter and have not received a return call or meaningful response. Given the seriousness of the damage and the fact that their own plumber acknowledged the emergency sump pump had been installed incorrectly, this lack of response is unacceptable.
