I've been happy with the quality service I've received now for 4+ years. My lawn was a weedy, thorn infested disaster that couldn't be walked on barefoot. I now can enjoy the lush lawn I want and need. If there was anything negative I could say is the planned service is usually sent via email less than 36 hours before their arrival. I sent in a request to get a quote for weekly lawn service and I had an email by the end of the day with the quote. Super fast, super happy with that. The quote was not unreasonable, it was a fair and equitable price for what I wanted to have done, mow, blow and weed whack. Before I accepted the offer of service, I was inquiring about their billing (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and unfortunately in my excitement to get this started I missed the "Billing" section on the quote). I responded late Friday night by email (right before closing) and didn't expect anyone to call or email back until Monday. In the meantime, I reread the quote again and saw the 'Billing' section where they get paid weekly, BUT, you must turn over your debit card to them (not physically, but the number) so they can auto charge your account on a weekly basis (I don't know if a 3rd party processing company is involved or not). WHAT??? Give a company my credit card/debit card that I've never worked with? Really? When the office called on Monday and I asked if there were any other alternatives to this 'giving you access to my bank account' they said well yes, you can pay for the whole season in ADVANCE. In my case for the remainder of the season (2025, 18 weeks left x $50.00), I would be $900 out of pocket TODAY with absolutely no guarantee or promise they would even show up ever. Nice business model if people agree to that. Really? If you've ever been a victim of financial fraud, then you know to NEVER give your bank information to strangers unless it is a company you have 100% trust in. This company policy/business model is highly restrictive in a very competitive market and I'm just here to tell you in advance that their expectations of you are unreasonable (in my opinion of course). Here is the actual "Billing" clause on the quote: "No late fees, no mailing payments--pretty great, right? Our clients love it! No more hunting for a checkbook, plus you can rack up rewards points on your card. To keep things simple and stress-free, we require a credit or debit card on file to ensure seamless billing and uninterrupted service. Rest assured, your information is completely secure--we only see the last four digits and expiration date for verification. After service is completed, your card will be charged the following Tuesday, and a receipt will be emailed to you. Easy, secure, and hassle-free--just how billing should be!" No thanks and best of luck to this company. I had high hopes for a professional service and they still might be, but I'm not trusting them to have my bank account information, just the same as they don't trust me to pay my bills on time. read more

I have been using All Pro for over a year now. They started off great. I initially had a problem with them, but the owner was very quick to make it right. He was also very professional. With that said, I have always had issues with communication. No one picks up the phone when you call, so it's hard to communicate with anyone. Sometimes they were quick to respond to emails, sometimes they weren't. My main issues and why I finally decided to cancel their services was due to how they handle rescheduling and their price increase this year. If they had to cancel on you due to weather or other reasons, they won't come back the next day. They will reschedule for the following week, which leaves you with a long lawn for a week. This company seemed promising and I think they could be better with improved communication. Seems like they have too much work and can't handle their current load. read more

My issue is that I paid for lawn aeration, the employee did the front yard but was unable to get the equipment into the back yard by himself, so he simply didn't do it. No note was left explaining the issue. When I called, I was told that there was no more to be done, and I was expected to pay full price altho 2/3 of my lawn was untouched. That seems terrible business practice to me, and I said so, but there was no offer to come back and finish the job, and I was in fact charged. I have been using ALL PRO Lawn Services for a couple of months now and have only good things to say. They are prompt, communicative and do a great job. The most recent visit, I forgot to bring my small dog into the house. They were very careful not to let my dog out of the back yard and even made sure he made it safely into the house and closed my back door so he couldn't get out. i really appreciate them taking care of my little dog and making sure he is safe. read more

I've been paying this company to mow my front lawn for about a year now. They didn't show up today. I know because I was home all day. They never showed up. Then they lied to me about why my lawn wasn't mowed today (they probably assumed I was at work, which I usually am, but I was sick today, so I took the day off). They sent me a photo of a house (not mine) which suspiciously had no identifying information in it such as a vehicle in the driveway or a street address (there's a couple of flags flying from the house that I assume they would claim were 'probably covering the address). They said my sprinklers were on so they couldn't mow. That's *also* BS b/c I have my sprinklers OFF on mow day AND the day before (the photo had the irrigation on, but like I said, it wasn't my house). I looked on Google Earth to see if that house existed anywhere in my subdivision OR in the sub across the street which bears the same name as the street my house is on). That house is nowhere in EITHER subdivision. I responded to their email by informing them that they were fired, that I would be hiring a different lawn care company and posting my observations about THEIR company on social media. I also reminded them that they did this to themselves. Which they did. I did a reverse image lookup on Google and found nothing, but since I know now that they are lying to me, I'll post the photo here so that if the same thing happens to you, just save the photo to your Downloads folder and upload it to Google Image Search. If the photo already existed online, they're lying to you. All Pro Lawn Service is anything but professional with behavior like this. This company has been in this area a long time and I hired them because this fact gave me the impression they were reliable. I'm very disappointed. I have better things to do that having to find a new lawn care service company. I paid them what they billed me via autopay every week. I paid them what they were asking. They can mow and edge just fine, but their yard clean up was poorly done. I don't blame the workers as much as the owner for not training their employees to do adequate work for the price they charge. In addition they didn't have the right tools to trim the top of the bushes. I waited 3 weeks for them to come and they sent 4 guys at 75$ each/hour( 300/ hour). In 3 hours they removed vines but kept most of the ground still covered with branches and stems. They removed most weeds from my vegetable beds but not all as requested. I do not recommend this business and will be finding another service. read more

Front looks fine (though frankly, it did before they arrived), but despite my request for a call in advance, I never received one. They dug up intentional ground cover and didn't touch any of the shrubs that are a complete disaster in the back. They did offer to come back, but I have so little confidence in what they'd do, I'm going to either do it myself or see about hiring someone else. Made an appointment to have my irrigation system turned on for the season May 5. They were busy and couldn't get to me so late in the day I got an email to reschedule for the 9th. Couldn't get to me and again a late email to reschedule to the 10th. I had an appointment in the morning but said I'd be home by noon and she said she would tell the techs. I was home at 11:45 but no one showed. When I emailed they said the operations manager came at 9:55 but couldn't find the pump. (Apparently the big white pipe coming out of the ground with a filter on it that went into a shed didn't make him think irrigation pump....) Anyway, made yet another appointment for Mon the 15th and called that morning to get an idea on time. Was told after 9am. Called at 12:30 and was told he was still on the 1st job and would be there. Called again at 5pm and was told he went home early. Rescheduled for the 16th between 8-noon. I was losing patience! At 12:15 I called and told them he had 15 min to get here or I was done. He finally showed up 40 min later. I met him at tge door and said I was done. 5 appointments, lousy to no communication is no way to run a business. He said they don't work on Mon and that's why no one came but THEY made the appointment for Mon. He didn't apologize or ask if he could go ahead and do the work and give me a discount. He basically said ok and left. I do NOT recommend this business at all. read more

Hired All Pro Lawn in July. My yard started degrading and dying the from the start of All Pro Lawn servicing. We paid for them to treat from grubs as they said this was the issue, weeks later the yard looked even worse. We paid for them to fertilize our yard continued to look even worse. We paid for All Pro Lawn to fix sprinklers and it continued to look worse. Now months later and well above paying all pro $1,500 our lawn is dead. I now have to pay $1700 - $3,000 (other sod company bids) to tear up dead grass and replace with new sod in the spring. Extremely disappointed and frustrated in this company as I paid them time and time again to ensure my lawn looked great, now my law is dead and is the laughing stock of the Neiborhood. At least my neighbors know who killed the lawn. read more

Paid $15 more than usual because I needed a place that would make an apt. Because of senior dog issues I have to be home when they come. Apt was made for 10/29, so I took that day off work. That morning I called to ask what time they would show up, I was told about 3pm. Come 430 and 530 I called and left messages to see if they were still coming. No cal back and no show. Cancelled dinner plans as I did not know the latest they might come. At 730am the next morning I got a call that they had to reschedule for that day. So I had to take another day off work to accommodate them. I would have at least appreciated a call on 10/29 before they closed to let me know they were not coming. Won't use them again. ***** I had originally given one star. I filled out a survey they sent and immediately got a call. They made this right for me and I appreciate they take the time to do that! Our realtor got us a month of their service as a gift and I definitely wouldn't go through them again. They get 2 stars for doing a decent job of cutting the grass, but they were like a quick chop shop that didn't give a shit or were completely oblivious. Several times they blew off our patio, but during those times, due to transition, we would set boxes/trash outside to be taken to the can, and they would blow the trash everywhere and leave it on the yard. On the last visit they destroyed a sprinkler head and left a flattened out, chewed up energy drink can with bits of sharp metal all through one part of the lawn. I have kids so anyone with children can understand why that would suck. I also don't consume energy drinks. So they either brought it with them and ran it over or someone else threw it there and they ran it over anyways. read more

Absolutely horrible. Not only was the lawn service poor, the guy who would mow our lawn decided that instead of knocking on my door and asking me to let him into the backyard, he would just pry the wood planks off my gate to get to the lock. Not only that, he had a habit of not closing the gate afterwards (even though there was a gaping hole from where he pried off the planks, so he could easily lock the gate behind him), so my dog would escape the yard and we had to run around to find her. We have been with them for about 2 months. They have mowed the lawn as promised; however, their communication skills are horrid. For example, we asked them to send out a landscape architect and while he was here, I asked him if he would be willing to submit a few sketches. Low cost, middle cost, and high cost. He said sure. Almost two weeks later, we got a quote with a list of plants and a price. No sketches of any kind. At the same time, we've had a leak with our irrigation system and as a part of trouble shooting it, they turned our sprinkler system off about two weeks ago. Several emails and phone calls later, they have not come out to turn it back on and our lawn is now hard as a rock. Responding to customer requests for information in a timely manner is not rocket science and they have failed miserably. They are either totally overwhelmed with work, or sorely lacking in the internal systems/staff needed to stay on top of customer communication. As a result, we are now looking for another lawn care company that will actually listen and follow through on basic customer requests. read more

We bought our new home and did not have a lawnmower yet. We called All Pro and told them we had a brand new lawn, and asked if their mowing would damage it at its age; they said no. We signed up for their service, but they could only start with a week or so lead time. OK. They were very reliable and showed up and mowed our lawn. However, we were sorely disappointed that they immediately used riding lawnmowers on our fragile lawn, even after they assured us it was okay to mow the lawn at that stage--and they left ruts. They later told us that we should have our lawn dry before they mow. It was dry, but the ruts they left allowed water to pool, which were hard for them to mow over, so they only had themselves to blame. After we found out, we asked them to use only push-mowers, which they did. But the damage was done. To this day, our lawn is lumpy. So 3 stars for reliability, and they were professional enough--but not attentiveness to new homeowner lawns. Demand that they use push-mowers on your new lawns. read more

Terrible communication. After initial call for service no service date was established, was told i would get a call back for that. Tech came out unannounced and performed work that was not requested. Called to rectify the issue, tech came back unprepared (did have the right wiring), left his clipboard with customer billing info on it. Returned the next day with proper parts and "fixed" the problem. Upon turning on the system after his departure the system still did not function. Upon inspection, the tech removed the control valve silonoid cores and left them sitting in the dirt in the control boxes. Unreliable, unaccountable, untrustworthy. We're done. Our lawn is lumpy, we live on 1/3 acre and they use these huge mowers that take only a few minutes and they rush. They don't blow sidewalks or decking. We have two dogs and we pick up their poop twice a week, always the evening before they come. We picked it up this week late in the evening and they did not do our yard work. We received a rude email there was dog debris in the yard. Maybe the dog went that morning but we picked it up the night before. Will never use them again. read more

Where to begin. Today is 6/1/20 and just less than a month ago 5/6/20 we had a beautiful sod lawn that had just been laid prior to us moving into our new home. Today we have a burnt lawn compliments of All Pro Lawn. First, we were promised that no tractor would be used and when it was, they just apologize. We then accepted the tractor but not the race job the 2 employees did. They ran the tractor so fast, a huge area had been flattened to the ground (it stayed that way.) We asked the company to slow down, but we were #28 of the jobs they had to do in one day. We were actually told by a manager that they encourage their employees to work as fast as they can because of the volume of yards they had in a day. Anyway, we were highly encouraged to start their fertilization program; reluctantly I agreed. On May 15 another team showed up to fertilize, which we have now learned had been over fertilized. Everyone there had a different answer to our lawn turning color: too much watering, too little watering and today we were told it was common to get a fungus this time of year. But would they accept responsibility? Absolutely not. I strongly suggest that you find any other company, but stay clear of this one. Our backyard is ruined at least for the next several weeks. We went to Zamzows and they are helping us begin fixing the lawn AND we've hired a smaller company in which the owner himself is going to be onsite to be certain that we have optimum service. I'm enclosing pictures to show you just how terrible this company is. Horrible. Took advantage of my 88 yr old father. I called them from out-of-state to simply increase the watering time on the sprinkler system for one of the zones. Got a bill for over $300.00! His neighbor called about a week later to inform me that a few sprinkler heads had fallen off. I called them and asked them to fix their mistakes. They went out and I got another bill for over $100.00! Not being there I couldn't deal with it until now. I've spent all day fixing stripped threads, and a multitude of problems. Very nice folks (sincerely) but had some issues with commitment to the start date of service. Ryan (who probably rated his own company below) committed to be out the first week in April. I got an email at the end of the week that he was delaying it because "other customers would have wanted it" without asking, so much for personal service and asking me what I would have wanted..... I gave him the benefit of the doubt and let them do the work the week following (today) that ended up leaving me very disappointed. They edged leaving debris on the sidewalks, left piles of dead leaves scattered in corners and bushes, lawn looks like they just drove over it, nothing more and just left the yard in a unkempt state...Never hurts to give folks a shot but this experience had no value from the start.. read more

My husband had open-heart surgery this Spring and couldn't care for the yard this season. We chose All Pro Lawn Service, and we're VERY glad that we did. Ryan has a very professional team. In addition to their standard mowing, we've had them apply fertilizer treatments and do our fall sprinkler blow-out. They also do the edging and clean-up. They've been very kind about handling every special request we've had. For example, some weeks we wanted to keep the lawn cuttings to mulch the garden. I like that they can e-mail invoices instead of wasting paper and mailing them. I can also e-mail them to have them skip a week or whatever else needs to be done.
