I had Igor show up for a garage door repair job in a rental I was leading. He did such a fabulous job that when I needed a garage door on my house I called him for a bid. I've been meaning to review these guys for a long time. I used them years ago for a quick repair and they were fast and reasonable. I recently called them again for a broken spring. They came out the next morning and again finished the job quickly for a reasonable price. At the time my second garage door was closing roughly and I couldn't figure out the problem. After the spring repair, I asked if they could figure out what was wrong with the second door. They diagnosed the problem, and quickly repaired with no extra charge. Igor just left my house and all is well! I called them last night at about 7 and would not be getting off work until 5 the next day, he said he would make me his last stop. My garage door was out of wack and I was fearing the worst, since I am semi handy I tried to fix it myself, after about three hours I almost lobbed my hand off loosening the cables. I called my father who recommended All pro and my sister who also had good experiences with them. Igor came out right at 5 and was very pleasant and within minutes was comfortable with what the problem was and how to fix it and keep it from happening again. He was done it about 30-45 minutes and the garage has never worked or sounded smoother. Price was very reasonable. I have used this company before and they don't disappoint! One of the 2 springs broke yesterday and I called them. They answered right away and were able to come out the same day! He explained that both springs should be replaced so they were. He also checked and lubed the hinges and other moving parts without us having to ask! I am very pleased with the installation of my new garage door and the lift-master garage door opener (very quiet). Daniel showed up right on time to remove my 40 year old garage door. He handled the entire install by himself and did an outstanding job. He also showed me some specific things in regards to the garage door opener. I was very impressed and pleased when he told me how to maintain the new door with proper lubrication.
