A few minutes later, he called to inform me that the driver was waiting on a part to fix the pump system on the truck, and the new estimated arrival time would be around 12:30. At 1:23, I still had not heard from the driver, so I called again and went straight to voicemail. I sent a text since the voicemail indicated that texting was an option, but I received no reply. When I called again at 1:30, my calls continued to go to voicemail. I decided to call from my work number, and they answered on the first ring. The young man again stated that the driver had informed him an hour earlier that he was on his way. I asked him to please verify the situation and call me back with an update. He assured me it would only take two minutes. Ten minutes passed, and there was still no callback. My son then called, and, once again, the young man answered immediately. He informed my son that the driver, who is also the owner, was essentially MIA and not answering his phone. By 3:15 PM, both my son's phone and mine, along with my work number, were going straight to voicemail. Needless to say, I do NOT recommend this company! I am extremely frustrated with the entire situation. They could have easily called me this morning to inform me of the issue and asked to reschedule, but instead, I was left to navigate this on my own.

Absolutely amazing experience with septic tank pumpout and ecoculture consult. We had a legacy…read moreissue with our tank created by previous residents leaving grease in the indoor pipes that wound up in the first tank chamber after flushing. Over time the grease got bound up with our toilet paper and organic waste and basically created a giant "fatberg" that slowed the drainage from the holding chamber into the effluent chamber badly, backing up into our waste line and making toilets behave oddly. If I hadn''t been frantically pouring Instant Power septic safe main line cleaner into the system every few hours while we waited for service, we wouldn't have even been able to use our toilets or showers because the cleanout was starting to back up with solids rather than just liquid. Worse, because our main line is extremely short--our tank sits only a few feet from our master bath fixtures--we were probably 24 hours away from sewage starting to come into the indoor pipes. Louie made our service a priority and saved us from a catastrophe. Even though we were treating the indoor fixtures regularly with Rid-X and septic safe clog prevention agents since moving in, this still happened after only 5 months at our house because there was simply too much grease getting flushed out of the massive network of indoor pipes to overcome. Louie got right to us after our property manager called him for emergency service on a Friday evening after the sewer plumber we'd previously been sent realized the main line was just carrying the overflow capacity rather than experiencing an intractable blockage, and also spent 20 minutes on the phone with me the night before going over everything we'd observed and orienting me to the care protocol he uses for his own home system, which relies on extremely economical organic yeast culture that is 100x more efficient at breaking down microbial wastes than commercial products. He was also just incredibly kind and easy to work with; he listened carefully to my questions and respected my own knowledge about plumbing and ecocultures instead of treating me like an idiot or not believing my documentation of a tank being present on the property. He also happily let me help with the pumpout and continued to answer questions and give me tips while we worked. He cleared our entire tank, which is rated at 1250 gallons and can hold up to 1450 at absolute full capacity, in just an hour after inspecting our drainfield thoroughly to make sure our effluent processing equipment and drainage were unaffected by the backup. And he hosed down the entire system including both tanks and the main waste line leading into the holding chamber, and cleaned a ton of grease off the filter that processes liquid waste into the effluent chamber. Yet he also left our yard pristine, with only two small areas of ambient topsoil right where our lids are. There not even any ambient waste smell left by Sunday afternoon following a Saturday afternoon pumpout. Once we got the tanks clear, Louie had me test the whole indoor fixture system again to make sure the main line ran at 100 percent possible speed with zero obstruction entering the holding chamber for raw waste. Even though he had other jobs scheduled after a full day that began early with terrible weather, he gave our system his full and undivided attention until it was completely clear and pristine. He also made the whole experience fun and engaging throughout. I will happily work with him any time we need service on our tank in the future or other work on our household waste management systems! 5 stars doesn't seem like enough here. Highly, highly recommended!
