I hired Flow Pro Plumbing to do a simple water heater installation with a permit. I paid Flow Pro $1,482.74 after purchasing the water heater, drip pan, and hoses myself. The installation failed inspection twice because they insisted on installing other devices instead of the required expansion tank. Flow Pro later returned to correct the issue, and the installation passed final inspection on the third attempt. The job was ultimately completed, but I had to repeatedly follow up with Flow Pro to get the permit and inspection issues resolved. What should have taken 7 to 10 days took 9 weeks. read more

Around 9pm on a Thursday night our pipes were backed up. The issue seemed to affect all piping, as even the shower made water come up downstairs. So, needless to say, we needed a plumber. I used Yelp projects to help me contact a few plumbers in the area, and Flow Pros Plumbing responded first -- within an hour of my message. They sent someone out the same night and he fixed the issue within an hour. Turns out our cat sitter put too much litter into the toilet at once causing the backup. Though it was an issue for us to deal with, Flow Pros had smooth communication, arrived promptly, located and resolved the issue quickly, and at a fair price. Updated post and rating - I had a really bad interaction with the first tech Elijah and was ready to call a different company even though having a warranty on the previous work that was done. But after speaking to management they had Bradley come out. Bradley was fantastic, polite and courteous the entire time. He was able camera my line and explain the current status and recommendations for a way ahead. Bradley did not try charging me for work I did not need done but instead wants to work with me to ensure we identify the actual problem so we address that. read more

My technician quoted me $2000 for what was thought to be a difficult to find leak. He began work and then discovered the leaks were obvious and he had easy access to both under my home. However he had to run to Home Depot twice to buy parts even though he showed up in a company truck. I complained about the price and their General Manager offered me a $250 discount for a total of $1750. The technician will have worked approximately 3 hours for $1750 with about half of that time spent at the Home Depot. I'll let you do the math. Speaks for itself. read more

The shower was not getting hot, no matter how long we left it on "hot." It was strange because the rest of the house does have hot water. Jeff Medanio arrived within the scheduled window. When he was finished with his previous stop, I got a text that provided a link where I could see where he was and how long it would take for him to arrive. It was very accurate. He even had shoe covers that he put on before walking into the house. He talked me through his deductions on what could be happening. Jeff had the replacement part stocked on the truck and he was able to replace it without making a parts run! The entire service took less than an hour and I was given a total cost before the work was done. I normally wouldn't round up from 4.5 to 5, but I am here. I would like to deduct 1/2 star because one of the two projects was a lot more expensive then it should have been (in my opinion). However, overall, Flow Pros was excellent and I have no problem recommending them. We had a pipe burst in our ceiling and we called Flow Pros. They came the next day - Donovan came with another gentleman. We specifically told Flow Pros that they needed to send someone who can get around right spaces, and the person Donovan brought was able to get into our attic and crawl through to fix the pipe. And I don't feel like we got ripped off for the work. The other item was a leaky kitchen faucet that needed to be replaced. Donovan went to home depot and bought the replacement parts and installed it, again quickly and efficiently. The problem was the total cost for the installation definitely exceeded any reasonable amount for the time it cost. I like the work, and they did a great job, but it was too expensive. Finally, their in-office team, especially Jared, are excellent. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Anyway, 4.5 stars or 5, I would not hesitate to recommend them. read more

They had unreasonably high prices, even for weekend pricing. We only had them fix half of the job, basically the part that was the most detrimental. He showed up smelling like a weed factory, and fixed our dripping toilet line with a new hose, the part that connects the toilet to the wall pipe. For that, it was $474+!!! And guess what!, the toilet is still running!!! Like every 20 minutes or so, it runs for like 5-7 seconds, then stops. Yeah I could call them back to fix the issue and press them to do it for free, but why would I call a company that charged horrendous prices to come fix something they should've fixed for that high price, to begin with?! Yeah I could've hired a different company but it was an emergency when they came out. We literally had no water coming into our house. It was shut off at the water line outside to our house, and the handle of that shut off, broke off!! Not a happy customer, really. read more

Totally fine with that, agreed to reschedule for the next morning but let them know I was leaving town in the afternoon, and needed them out in the morning. They assured me they would, since it was rescheduled. The next morning comes, and I receive another call saying he's running late again. It's fine, as long as it's before noon. Another call asking to reschedule... AGAIN. No. You're aware of my schedule, and I was flexible enough the first day. Honestly, how can this company have a near 5 star review? let me start off with being WAY overcharged. I had an issue with my toilet, the guy came and started to tell me everything he felt was wrong with the toilet "BEFORE" he even removed it. then told me the cost to put a new seal and rod it out would be over 700 dollars. then I said I had a quote much less. he then said 500 was the best he could do. so I said fine. do it. when he left, my bathroom was a disaster. crud in the sink, all kinds of crud on the floor, not to mention a horrible shotty (trying to be polite and not say the S word) job caulking at the base when this high line toilet didn't even have caulk around it to begin with. now my toilet looks like it belongs in a double wide trailer. and spent an hour cleaning up after they left. stay far away!!! just another company hiring anyone to milk you dry. stay away!!!! read more

I called on a Tuesday and easily made an appointment for Friday. I love that I had my choice of a few different 'service windows' to choose from. As I was told he would, my technician called when he was half an hour from my home to ensure I would be there, which I was. I wish I could remember his name, because he was excellent. He showed up promptly, acted very professionally, and we walked together through my home so I could show him what issues I was having. Turns out, both toilets needed re-builds in the tank. My technician went to his truck so he could work up an estimate for me, and in no time I had agreed to the price and he got to work. He worked quickly and efficiently, and was done in less than an hour. I was completely pleased with every aspect of my experience, and although I did pay more than I had anticipated I would, I would definitely use this company again.
