I always thought our red bricks were a dark crimson color but it was actually a bright red color that Johnny and his crew brought to light. They were very professional and walked me through the steps and made suggestions of what was necessary or not. Instead they never came: I had to take a day off from work to have no one show up: I was back and forth with their customer agents and they kept leading me on and making me think their techs were coming. Then, they finally admitted that they were overbooked for that day and was there a better day for re-scheduling? Yeah...the better day was the day I took off to wait for them to come. So unprofessional...I felt disrespected. The only thing good that came out of this was finding another company that actually had someone show up when they said they would. Effectiveness: They probably got 20% of the grime off my brick house before telling me it was not possible to get it any cleaner. I have to believe that a company that does this routinely could have given me a heads up that the "textured brick" or whatever could have made cleaning impossible. On the sections that did get clean, e.g. bluestone elements, there are uneven spray patterns indicating that they didn't attempt to do everything they could. Overpriced because I paid the agreed price for way less than the agreed upon service. Somehow they also brought a social media guy out with a whole camera rig to film themselves _not_ getting my house clean, which was pretty funny.

Let me say he is thorough, he power washed my driveway multiple times until he was satisfied with how it looked. He then added sand, and sealed the pavers on the driveway, back yard and had already did the pointing.
