10/7/22 Update And now he's a lying psychopath on top of the…read morebad service! He posted a comment that he doesn't like to work with people like me because I don't give him the full payment. BULL***T! Nothing could be futher from the truth. Not only did I pay him every penny (have all the venmo receipts to prove it), but I am the one to had to chase him to catch up. Cleanup was a 2-part job, weeks apart. Rather than paying 50% each time, he asked that when I paid for the first half, that I advance money toward the 2nd half. Then, he didn't want to do the work. His behavior was very erratic the entire time. That combined with desperation for money makes me suspect a drug problem. He would message me and ask when I was going to pay him and I'd have to send him the screen shot reminding him that I paid him when he was here! As for all the sudden 5-star reviews: As of today, there are ones such as someone from Buffalo, NY with 3 reviews. Someone from Spokane, WA who has no other reviews, etc. Bernardo has trouble showing up to Queens (which is where he lives). mike is very rude as you can probably tell by his responses to other customers. if you have a…read morecomment about his work he fights you tooth and nail and defends poor workmanship instead of making things right. his guys made a big mess of my yard and they also stay about ten minutes for weekly service. the mowing is ok but everything else they do is really bad and working with mike is not worth the headache. i wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.

After dealing with a hard to navigate website and having to email for guidance twice I was finally able to get a quote. Then I was emailed and told that they had to drive by my home to see it because it is new and not on Google maps street view. This resulted in a higher quote. I accepted this. They failed to show up when scheduled and instead I got an email suggesting I change to weekly service for "efficiency ". When I didn't reply same day I got a follow up email suggesting I try someone else. Don't recommend.

My neighbors complained that they would blow debris on to their properties and when I observed them one day I saw that my neighbors were right. When I hired my new landscaper I told them what the problem was and they use the blowers very minimally and that is what all landscapers should be doing given how toxic they are and dangerous to one's health, especially the lawn care workers themselves.
