They gave me multiple options for each item I was needing at different price points and educated me without a hint of condescension or impatience. That's real customer service! In the end as I was leaving last time I noticed on the invoice that they didn't charge me for a used part they gave me to try out. Now I know it wasn't on accident. They decided as a course of business that they didn't need to nickle and dime me to make a profit. That's how business was done in black and white movies. I still will never buy from there given the attitude and behavior in which I was treated, and will continue to tell everyone who is in the market for a truck to avoid that location, based upon my experience. This wasn't an isolated incident, as I "gave you a second chance" the time I got hung up on. The fact was is that I went down there at one point a couple of years before (calling ahead to see a vehicle), and when I got there it was sold, which I accepted, I was over an hour away, but no one called me to alert me, and I had an appointment, so they had my info. It's just a culture of bad customer service "you need us, we could care less about you" attitude. This, is why the reviews are how they are.
