Discussed what I wanted to be done. Basically, remove all the dead grass and grassy plants, replace with decorated rock on the south side, repair sprinkler system PVC pipe at backflow preventor, changed solenoids out, replace a battery operator controller from the irrigation box to an electric one and move it into the garage for better access. What grass that was removed up front was replaced with sod. The plants replaced the old I picked out. The Quote was worth the price. James and Luis have a very good work ethic and communication something I haven't seen in a long time. I really appreciate the hard work and respect I received. I'm very pleased of the outcome. They had a definite " you ain't from around here" attitude, wanted $130 to fix the window, and were "to busy" to "maybe" fix it that day. so I left. Found Jones Glass & Paint on Google, and was immediately greeted like they were happy to see me, fixed the window in an hour, and only charged me $75. I also discovered that they sell Dunn Edwards paint! I used to have to bring it with me, as it wasn't available in Cedar City. It is the most durable and easy to apply paint I have found- lasts 8- 10 years on the outside wood siding on my cabin! What more can I say? Excellent service, great products, and fair prices. 5 stars for sure.

We did have one issue of some plumbing leaking after installation and they were quick to come back and correct it. It came time to pressurize the line and there was an issue. apparently one of the lines had been punctured. They fixed it and that was that. They sent me a bill for the repair and the diagnosis and I wanted to have proof of who broke the line. I heard nothing. Fast forward 18 MONTHS. the Jerk from Imlay shows up on my porch, univited and unannounced, and tries to slap me with a bill from 18 months ago claiming that it's now my responsibility to pay for it (for the punctured tube) when I never got any information back as to who was at fault 18 months earlier. Now, he has insulted my wife over email and insists that I am in the wrong. All the while, he had "proof" sitting on his desk and he "assumed" that it had been taken care of. I wouldn't recommned Imlay, unless you're a fan a getting bills 18 months late and being insulted. Hope he goes out of business.
