They got me in right away (when I called back the 2nd time to book, they came the same day!). Two nice guys showed up, were here for about 30 minutes, and cleaned the vent. I asked them to take pictures since the work was done in the attic, and I didn't go up there (see attached pics). We had not had them cleaned in about 4 years, and they needed it! In all three cases they showed up on time an the jobs were completed in what I would consider to be a timely manner. Not too much keeping this from a 5 star review other than the prices being on the high side for the toilet repairs. In the past two trips, I spent over $600. I could have a brand new toilet in place for that amount. The tech who came on the last trip did give some good advice to prevent the problem from re-occurring. I would certainly consider them again, but hope I won't need their services for awhile.
