All Property Maintenance in Rochester, NY, was hired by my elderly mother for lawn services. Horrible experience all around! He wouldn't show up to mow and did damage to her deck, among other things. The manner in which he communicated with her was unprofessional and disrespectful. I first contracted for snow removal services from All Property Maintenance for my father's home in Rochester, NY in 2020 after he suddenly fell ill. In speaking with the owner, Ron Colon, I received many assurances that he would remove snow from the side porch, steps, and driveway of the home and put down salt for safe passage from the porch to the road so that my father could get to and from medical appointments without issue. Ron even offered to check on my father from time-to-time. All was going as planned for the 2020 winter season, with the company providing the service requested, until the first "real" snow of the season. My father's little home quickly became an afterthought. Snow removal occurred later and later in the day, if at all, with snow haphazardly placed here and there and erratic shoveling and salting. Calls to Ron often went unanswered and unreturned. On occasions when he answered, he gave the same reassurances as initially received but often failed to deliver. Despite the less than perfect service the first year, I renewed with the company for the 2021 winter season because my father still needed help and no other company that I contacted provided residential snow removal in his neighborhood. Long story short, service remained erratic and inconsistent. On two occasions when I was in Rochester, NY for my father's hospitalizations, I either had to clear the snow myself due to a now-show from All Property Maintenance, or to clean up the mess made from individuals who did the job too quickly and without care. You'd think that I would have learned my lesson. Well, I didn't. Yet again, I tried contacting Ron Colon seeking snow removal service for the 2022 winter season. I reached out by sending a text message that went unanswered. When I finally spoke with Ron he responded that he's decided not to contract with me for my father's home because of the street layout. Believe you me, I understand the challenges that my father's street present, but would have appreciate some sort of a communication from Ron alerting me of his decision. Bottom line, if you are looking for an unprofessional, unreliable, inconsiderate person to hire for snow removal or landscaping on your property or for an ailing elderly parent, you've come to the right place! read more

Contracted with APM for snow clearing for 2020/21 as my previous provider bailed on me. Previous businesses were contracted for a "per event" fee. APM's price comparatively was substantially more expensive than previous contractors. APM required a contract for the entire season with additional remuneration required after a set number of plowing events. Although the driveway was staked out the operators managed to plow wheel ruts into the adjoining lawn areas more than once as well as leaving piles on the road shoulder at the driveway that I had to clean up! I once again contracted with APM for the 2021/22 season. I was flabbergasted that the price had risen by more than $200! Last winter only required 4 plowings thus resulting in each plowing event to cost more than $145.00! Also noticed that APM had decided to place an ad in the local newspaper advertising plowing "...starting at $1,900"! This year same ad but the price has been "reduced" to $1,600. WOW! Fortunately I found a contractor who is "right around the corner" offering unlimited plows for just over $300 for the entire season of 2023/24. As for APM, the word "SHYSTER" keeps running through mind. read more

My husband and I have a large property and we have always done Spring and Fall yard cleanup ourselves. However, since we are both nearing our mid seventies, we decided to hire a landscaping company to do the work this year. All of the various companies I spoke with, said that they were not doing any more Spring cleanups and were now contracting for the Fall. I was surprised because it was only April, nowhere near Fall. I finally called Ron Colon, the owner of All Property Maintenance, who agreed to come to the property and give me a quote. I was delighted. His quote was for $600. I agreed and he said he'd start the job the following Wednesday at 10:00 AM. It was drizzling. Not surprisingly, he didn't show and yet didn't call to explain or to reschedule, so I called him. I asked if he was planning to call to reschedule and he actually raised his voice, saying "I shouldn't have to call you and tell you that it's raining," He kept repeating that and then stated emphatically that he no longer wanted the job. He is obviously not professional, not trustworthy, and has extremely poor communication and business skills. Don't ever call this company! read more
