After that we decided to replace almost all our windows due to heat loss. (They were the original single pane crank outs) That was just done 2/28&2/29/24. We wondered why it would be two days after watching a heavily advertised window company replace another unit's in 6 hours! Well, it's because they did it right! Installed with wrap, insulation, and all the outside and inside finishing work. The sales rep, office contacts and crews are always professional and easy to work with. It was noted by several neighbors that Marshall exteriors really know what they are doing. The difference is noticeable already. The yard was left a mess with nails, cigarette butts that the puppies could ingest and siding that was torn off the house left. The entrance way lights were destroyed and exposed electrical circuits were exposed and dangerous. Entrance ways were blocked causing safety hazards. Boss / owner came back with a new contract weeks later asking for a lot more money. I had to hire another company to finish the job. Court proceedings followed and the evidence proved staples exteriors to be at fault. The court ordered a financial return that Mark Staples has never paid. With no other choice I put a Lien on his property for the court ordered award plus interest.

After hail damage to our home in Farmington, we had a number of things that needed to be addressed that necessitated working with different companies. La Tray has been the best to work with by far. Jesse worked with us on a plan to attack the siding that helped us keep costs in line with our insurance claim. They also provided additional information for the insurance company when asked. They truly don't use subcontractors and take great pride in their work. They were tenacious in finding everything to match our siding and downspouts. They worked over multiple days and each day the exterior was left tidy. They very respectful of the property and neighbors. Everything looks better than we even expected. The picture showed the skylight frame separated and he fixed/repaired. Using his underlayment paper and my roofing shingles left over from a reroofing job performed 8 years ago, he tore out the old paper and reshingled. TG also installed a bathroom exhaust the same day. Very happy with the immediate service and extra work TG performed. We've several downpours since then and no problems. Very fair prices without gouging because of my circumstances.
