Every time I go in there with a QR code to ship it off they can't do it. They always give some sort of excuse of why it's not working. If you can't do returns don't market your buisness as able to do returns!

I went here because google told me it was a FedEx location. They are contracted to ship FedEx,…read morehowever I had a package that was completely paid for already and they charged me $1 for "FedEx drop off". Since I didn't have cash and couldn't swipe my card for $1, I asked her if they could print and bind an ebook I needed. She said they did, but did not tell me all the hidden fees, and the fact that they charged .60 cents per page. Needless to say, I went there to drop off a prepaid package and wound up paying $79.05. $1 drop off fee $3 "computer time"???!!! $13.98- 2 bindings for one ebook they chose to separate. Not to mention due to technical difficulties on their behalf I had to leave and come back to pick up my book(s). I am a supporter of small businesses, however next time I will go to an actual FedEx/UPS location where they have all their fees posted so you can see what they are.
