I had a very thorough eye exam at All Saints Eye Clinic with Dr. Donaghy. I want to especially thank Ashley, the receptionist. She is so nice, just pleasant. Ashley, always knows my name and welcomes me warmly with every visit. I feel special and she makes me feel like they appreciate my business. There are other people there that have that same caring attitude. Lisa, she always asks "how I'm doing". I must also mention Heather and Jazy, both just wonderful and very nice. I go to the All Saints Eye clinic on Immokalee Road and I receive the best care. I must also mention Dr. Sherman. He is a retina specialist. He has helped my vision so much. I would give ZERO if I could ! the obnoxious staff with 30 to 11/2 hour delays seem common. I was told I needed cataract surgery. 9 months later my vision is worse than before and they only say "oh, we can fix that, you need to see".... Saw 3 separate opthamologists there over that time and all I ever heard was oh make another appointment ! incompetence or just greed driving more revenue... I can't say ? It is a warm place full of friendly people, very good treatment and service, is clean and organized.

Was held hostage in the waiting room by the inability and unprofessionalism of the staff to keep even remotely close to their scheduled appointments. After 45 minute wait- I asked the front desk to check how much longer and the response was maybe 10 minutes maybe longer. Would highly recommend looking for another option as many people were expressing their frustrations in the waiting room. At one point an employee came out and told the man next to me- "We are aware you are here and waiting." This is not a walk-in clinic, this is a supposed established office. Heed the warning and hopefully this clinic will treat its patients more valuably as it seems they have no concern at all based on my experience and other reviews here on yelp. read more

EYECARE CATTLE CALL!!! I have been using this facility to see Dr. Mears for several years. Upon arrival at my latest appointment the waiting room was absolutely stuffed with people. Not the best situation with the ongoing Covid pandemic. More than 1/2 hour after my appointment time, I advised the front desk staff that I couldn't stay. No apology was given and the front desk staff was completely indifferent to wasting my time. It was so irritating that I asked for copies of all my medical records to go to another eye doctor for my annual exam, and the response was "no problem." If you like being treated indifferently and impersonally then this is the place for you to get your eyecare. Enjoy being stuffed into a waiting room with 20 other people during a pandemic, this is the place for you. This is akin to a factory where they rely on the fact that older, retired people will just quietly sit and wait for indifferent medical care. Do yourself a favor and GO ESLEWHERE!!! read more

I was referred to this place by my very well respected Primary Care Physician, as I recently had severe vision deterioration due to diabetes. The office is cold, sterile and very unfriendly. The staff rushed me through everything and were very abrupt and acted in a manner that showed zero empathy or concern for the patients. After encountering the Dr. I understood why the staff was so poor at handling patients. The Dr. was worse. Finally when the doctor came in to the exam room he rushed in with no introductions, barely spoke ten words to me, confirmed the exam results with the tech who conducted my vision tests, and then told me to come back in one year as he walked out the door. I was simply stunned by the impersonal behavior of the doctor and his staff. I virtually lost my vision over night and expected at least some consultation and educational discussion on what I could expect in the future and why/how the diabetes caused this sudden vision loss. I felt like I was disrespected by this doctor and truthfully should have known better when I first walked in to the exam room. The room had antiquated furniture with the equipment table being in very poor condition. Cheap formica top that was peeling and actually repaired with duct tape! The carpeting was filthy and the miscellaneous chairs located in the hallways and exam rooms were ancient and filthy as well. I had a bad feeling as I sat there waiting for the doctor and should have trusted my instincts. I will not return to this place and I certainly do not recommend any one else to utilize this facility. It was simply the worst Doctor experience of my entire life. That guy needs some bedside manners. read more

Waiting for my appointment 30 minutes past my appointment time, I found 2 others had the same appointment time as I With the same doctor. At 45 minutes past my time someone was called, she complained as she entered the office that she has waited 1 and 1/2 hours to see the same doctor. The girl who called the lady was not apologetic. Dr. Jeffrey Zimm is an awesome physician. He did cataract surgery on my uncles eye and he did an amazing job. The nurses are great . The only downfall is the wait time and the front desk. You're never brought back at your time of appointment, well that's most offices. But I've noticed the front desk is very unorganized and they "never know" what the next appointment is about. Being that I work in an doctors off, we always knows what we're scheduling the patients for when they check -out. But overall everyone is very professional and patient with us. read more

Yesterday I went to All Saints Eye Center as a new patient, arriving 20 minutes early to fill out the necessary paperwork. My appointment was at 1:00pm. At 1:30 I was called into the inner area by the tech. He never called me by name nor introduced himself. (His name was Chaz I discovered)...He proceeded to transcribe all of the new patient information that I had provided into an iPad while I sat there.Huge waste of my time and his... Dr. Jeffrey Zimm arrived at 2:30. He stayed for 90 seconds and out the door he flew. Again, no introductions. VERY IMPERSONAL. ​Knowing that they get lots of samples from the drug reps, I asked to try a sample of the contacts he was prescribing before I shelled out $$. He did NOT offer. Between the sterile white walls, fluorescent​ lighting, and canned spa-like​ music, I felt like I had just experienced a one night stand where my date "got off"and I was left in shock. I see Dr. Donaghy for my yearly eye appointment as does my husband, daughter, mother and father. He is a kind and considerate doctor who takes his time to answer your questions. Most times there is a wait to get back to your appointment but I believe that is because they spend the time with each patient to fully answer questions and make them feel comfortable. I would much rather wait for a considerate doctor than get in on time and be rushed out the door. Dr. Zimm will be doing cataract surgery for my father soon and I have every confidence he will do an amazing job. I've been coming to All Saints Eye Center for almost 10 years. I'm grateful that whenever I have an emergency I can call the office and be seen at any of their locations. After waiting a 1/2 hour in the lobby, no one introduces themselves and I never received my prescription for new glasses. They seemed more interested in getting my payment. Terribly mismanaged. Too much of an assembly line and lack of personal care in my opinion. read more

Yesterday I had a 9:00AM appointment. At 10:30 I still had not seen the Doctor, although I was put into an exam room after approx 50 minutes and told the Dr would see me shortly. Needless to say at 10:30 I was still in the dark. At that point I had enough and decided to leave. On my way out I ran into the Doctor and in my frustration I said "boy this place is really screwed up". The Dr's response, in a very rough manner, was "then why don't you leave". I have been a patient at All Saints for many years am really flabbergasted at how rude Dr Zimm was. I Would have thought at least he would have made an effort to explain or apologize for the unusual delay. I know Dr Zimm is a good physician but a course in patient sensitivity would do him a world of good. At my age the topic of ailments and doctors comes up quite frequently among friends and neighbors, I'll be sure to pass on how unpleasant my experience was at All Saints Eye Center. read more

Just to update my original post, I finally decided to go with the contact lense prescription that they gave me but I have never been able to see properly with it. I finally went to a different optometrist a few days ago and found out that my prescription from All Saints was way off. They are the most incompetent doctors and staff I have ever encountered. If you want a great optometrist, try Brigid Ogden at OptimEyes Vision. She got my prescription right the first time and it's great to be able to see properly again. read more

Hello I recently went to see Dr. Eric Donaghy. I just went there for a regular eye exam which was due. My doctor up north notified me that I was due for my regular eye exam. So I made an appointment with All Saints Eye Center and saw the doctor for a routine eye exam . I needed new lenses I paid for the glasses. Now I am getting a bill because they submitted it with a medical diagnosis and it's going through my medical insurance not through eyemed which is my vision insurance. I have no clue why the dr coded with as a medical diagnosis. When I called for an explanation the office staff stated I told them I had blurred vision. This was never stated by me during the exam. I totally feel feel it was only coded this way for the facility to obtain more money! I will never recommend this facility to anyone. read more

I went in for an emergency check on my retina. Dr haji dilated my eye 5 times to thank god never found a tear. Had no problems there with anyone. I then met dr zimm who I can tell isnt liked around town by other drs that I found out afterwards. Once he examined me he passed me along to Mellissa his assistant. Who comes off nice but I assure is the typical Naples brat who is lazy and doesn't like to work. She said if you have any questions call me so I did so I can schedule my procedure which is serious. She was suppose to call me back the next day with answers so I can prepare myself for very serious eye procedures that I was going to spend 12k out of pocket. I never heard from her. I call 2 weeks later and she decides to blame everyone else but her lazy disgusting self. And because she had a nasty attitude with me. I asked to speak to the dr who im paying and she and everyone is the office didn't want to tel the dr what she had done of course so they sent me a letter a week before my procedure to tell me that they are not working with me anymore. This is the most unprofessional office and drs I ever witnessed in my life. There are so many better drs. I wish I would of known better. I. Called my client who is a well known dr in the area and he gave me the professionals in the area. And knows dr zimm and is very disappointed in hearing how his office works. DONOT FOR ANY REASON Use this office you will leave frustrated and feel like you wished you hadn't. I've also reported this woman to the collier county medical society. read more

How they can schedule an appointment for 8 o'clock in the morning (first appointment) and make somebody wait until 845 is beyond my understanding. I would find another place for your eye exam, such as Montgomery Eye Centers. The doctors are fine but the organization is absolutely terrible. They must assume that if you're older your time doesn't matter. I can understand if things get slowed down late in the day but an 8 o'clock appointment was the first appointment today. In fact they didn't even open the doors until 810 and there were three people already waiting, all with 800 appointments. read more

I had a surgery done by doctor Jeffrey Zimm a year ago. I regret for letting him do Lasik on me. My left eye is worse than before the Lasik. Also he was not very friendly and did not spend much time with me. I wish I would've checked around for a different doctor before getting Lasik from this doctor. If I could give this location no stars I would. The woman behind the front desk I believe her name is Bernice. She is the most unpleasant person I've come in contact with; I came in today on my lunch break to pick up my new glasses which I paid for last week after my appointment. The gentleman who works in that area was at lunch, not an issue.....However, what is an issue is I had to wait twenty minutes until he came back to simply have someone hand over my glasses which I could see standing at the desk. Which then made me return to work late! I'm not sure if they are short staff for front desk help because Bernice seemed to have to be answering phones, checking in & checking out patients on her own. I'm not sure if this is what is contributing to her terrible mood. I go to All Saints Eye Center expecting to be treated with the top of the line customer service, this is lacking 100% here. There were a few other things which occurred while at my appointment last Saturday that left a bad taste in my mouth as well. My experience was so horrible I'm looking around for a new office to order contacts, so I don't have to even go in to this office. While on vacation, my glasses broke. Was sent by Lens-masters because they didn't canary my brand (appreciated their knowledge) to All Saints expecting to pay $50. The repair guy at All Saints found the right piece and fixed my glasses on the spot. Better yet, said, "No charge. On the house" not sure if it was my congenial personality, the fact that I let him help someone who came in after me, or the joke I told. So grateful. read more

Arrived for my appointment with sufficient time to fill out the necessary paperwork that is now part of every medical office today. Waiting area was two thirds full which gave me a heads up that I was in for a rather long afternoon. After the paperwork was turned in, the wait began. 20 minutes turned to 30 minutes. 30 minutes turned to 45 minutes; other patients arrived and were called in for their appointments yet there I sat. When I inquired at the desk, I was told a room had to be freed up for me to be admitted. Okay, fair enough. Ten minutes later, the rooms are still occupied but others are still coming in and getting admitted. Then, like magic, almost an hour after my scheduled time, I am called to enter the inner sanctum. No explanation or apology. The procedure took ten minutes. Nothing special about the room from any of the others. Needless to say this will be the last time I use this facility. read more

This people are very rude. I looked for an ophthalmologist and this one came in front of me maybe 1 minute and that was it, after that this guy said everything ok ,....neeeeext......Only a technician make a prescription for me and this person was in a hurry too. When she asked me something, I was trying to answer and she asked another question and after that they tried to collect from me almost 400 hundred bucks, but in the beginning they said the appointment will be 175 only. Dr Zimm did Lasik surgery on me. Everyone was great during the consultation. I was told everything was easy and painless. I was told I would be able to see within hours. Dr and nurse said to go with "Custom" even though it was $1,000 more to make sure I had very crisp vision. This would ensure the Lasik was done to my eye and not just the prescription. The next day I was at 20/200. I am 3 months out and still can't see. Dr Zimm said I needed to stop drops because they were causing scratches on my eye and I didn't have dry eye. I immediately went to another dr who confirmed I had no scratches and my eyes were overcorrected. (which he never told me) When I went back to Dr Zimm with this info, he ignored it. I had to get +1 reading glasses to drive and +2.5 for reading. He said I could use the glasses if I wanted - NO I HAVE TO TO SEE. My last visit I waited 50 minutes and finally left without seeing him. I requested my money back so I could see a dr who could fix this. After several calls, a billing person told me the Dr said I signed a consent and wasn't getting my money back. Of course, he never sent a letter to me, except for one terminating me as a patient. Now I have to get a lawyer. My new Dr said I have dry eye. I now take eye drops 6 times a day. Something that Dr Zimm should have been able to figure out. I also found out I can not have lasik again, I will need lens replacement. A $10,000 procedure. Take the money and run! Stay far away from him. read more
