Patient had said she didn't see a difference with the new glasses . She told the patient after paying $500 that she needed to go for a second opinion , when the patient had just paid for the item . Also she was extremely racist because the patient didn't speak English , making her feel uncomfortable with her attitude , just because she said she didn't see well with the glasses . WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO SEE HER . So inhumane .

Brad Snead determined the problem immediately and sent me to Heather, the optometrist in the office. She was so wonderful with me and went over all of my options. We scheduled an apt for 2 days later in the Naples office. She drove from the Ft Myers office just to see me and fix my glasses with a sticker. My son came with me and we both went on and on about how fantastic she was with me! I highly recommend this office for all of your eye care needs. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will be switching to Snead Eye Group from my current eye doctor! Thank you!!!! Unfortunately, I have to edit this post. Dr. Snead failed me. I was there for diplopia and Dr. Snead quickly passed it off as an acute condition that would most likely resolve itself. It continued to worsen so I went to another ophthalmologist who immediately sent me for an MRI. They found multiple lesions in my brain. If I had not gone for a second opinion I wouldn't have know that I have cancer that had spread to my brain causing my vision problems. Dr. Snead may be knowledgeable, but he needs to do a better job of educating patients and spending enough time with them to know what is really going on. I will not be going back. Heather was a great optician though so if you just need glasses, she is great.

Now I have the injections regularly and to my surprise, they don't even hurt! Better still, my vision is stabilized Dr. Eaton has a very large staff of assistants who are we'll trained, friendly and efficient. The office runs like a well-oiled machine! It was extremely unprofessional and lacking basic manners and people skills. When I said I wanted to cancel the appointment, she became even more rude and aggressive. She practically pushed me out of the room and told me to "go home where I belong." I was shocked by how disrespectful and inappropriate the entire interaction was.
