We were so lucky to be referred to Steve and All Screens by our turf company!! After seeing the laser beams of burnt turf from our neighbor's yard, we called several companies at the last minute - a few days prior to our turf installation. While the first few didn't seem to know anything about reflections / window impact to turf, Steve immediately knew what we were talking about and even moved around his existing appointments to fit us in the day after our turf was installed. He explained that while it might not be hot temp wise, UV could damage our turf and he wanted to ensure that didn't happen. Was originally recommended to his dad's company, All-Ways Screens, through a Facebook post. His dad was booked for the next few days and he told me to call his son, Stephen at All Screens. Stephen quoted me $109 on the phone for a sliding patio screen door rescreening. He told me he was booked that day but that he might be able to squeeze me in between clients that afternoon and sure enough, he was able to come over a couple of hours later! Turns out my patio screen is extra large (60 in) but Stephen still honored the price he quoted me for the smaller screen even though he DID NOT need to at all since he didn't know what size my screen actually was! (I had also just been quoted $160 for the same job by another guy who said he would take about 45 minutes to fix) Stephen took the screen to his truck and was back within about 10-15 minutes with my repaired screen! I then called him immediately after he left to see if he could add a hook on my screen latch because I realized that there wasn't a latch at all and a missing screw (First time looking at the screen latch since moving in last week since the screen was not in place and needed rescreening). He came back, screwed in a metal piece (fixed the issue well enough so it would stay latched) without charging me anything extra! Fast, efficient, and an honest man! Highly recommend. read more
