Great Screens, Poor Service. I appreciate that Fred let us know he was going to be late and yet when he arrived he was very unfriendly and rushed. My wife asked him if she could quickly clean the windows as he removed the screens. He gruffly stated that he did not have time for that because he was running late. He grabbed the pre written check off the kitchen counter, left a receipt and bolted out the door. I was left with a feeling that his client before us and his client after us were much more important than leaving a good impression with us. Had a pet screen installed in June 2018, the screen started coming out of the frame around the handle...called to have him come take a look at it and warranty his work and told me there would be a reframing fee starting around $60. This is absurd. It is a pet screen, nothing was torn or damaged. He tried to tell me it was probably my dog jumping on the screen or someone bumped into the screen. Funny how my original screen was more durable than his product and workmanship. Terrible warranty. Would not use him again. Just for the record, had the same screen installed, different company/installer, at a previous house and never had this issue....same pets, same type of screen door frame etc. read more

Be advised be informed entirely when booking this guy, yes he or whomever picks up the phone sounds or is inpatient but nonetheless you will pay no less than $350 if you do not live in Santa Clarita. Anyone who lives outside of this nest will need to do a minimum of 8 screens maybe 10 now who knows. Guy is fast but unless you are doing the entire house just learn to do it on your own, it's not that hard. Worth the money you'll save in the long run. read more

Very dissapointed with the service I recieved from All-Ways Screens! In a matter of a few days I saw the screen coming apart from the frame. Fred the man who istalled it came by to look at it and said it was prabably my puppy scratcing on it, which she has not. He then acused me of trying to install a doggie door which he knew I had on the old screen. I did not try to install a doggie door following his advice when he installed the new screen. I did tell him that after he installed the screen my puppy did bump in to it as she was used to a doogie door but never did it again. If indeed it was that which caused the screen to come apart from the frame then I think it is a bad installation or bad quality screen. All this being said, he offered NO solution except to rescreen it for the full price again. He said continuously that it wasn't he who did it, which I never accused him of. A good business out good faith toward your client should have tried to find a solution. For instance there's plenty of give in the screen and such a small area of an inch or so could have been tucked back in. I believe it could have been repaired easily but he was just rude and rushed out the door. He said no one offers a warranty because somone could just cut through it. REALLY? I will never use All-Ways Screens again and I urge anyone else not to do so either. There are many screen repair businesses out there and I can only assume they are alot nicer and have more pride for the work they do. And hopefully much beter customer care! read more
