Sean Hawkinson came in and was able to diagnose the issue right away as to why the heating and cooling wasn't kicking on, but the blower was still on. Turns out the furnace emergency mode was tripped due to a dirty air filter. Our new build home recommended we replace our air filters every 6 months. For the type of furnace we have we should be replacing them monthly! Sean quickly reset the furnace after 5 minutes the cooling and heating started to work again. I would do business with these folks again as they were fast and the price was fair. If it wasn't for the heat wave coming I'm sure they would've scheduled me sooner.

Primary alternatives were to (a) repair the broken blower motor or (b) replace the Furnace (heater) and Compressor (A/C). In summer of 2021 Sean and his crew installed an amazing but pricey AC unit. It worked great after all of the kinks in installation were worked out. Sean even advised me to put a gate around the unit because my dogs kept peeing on it which would rust the coils and void my warranty. Fast forward March 2025 and Sean came out to do a phenomenal repair job on my HVAC control panel that was seriously damaged by filthy rats. He charges me a fair price considering all of the hard work he did. Sean takes care of his customers and is without a doubt the best HVAC worker I've had the pleasure of working with.
