Great service and fast! I contacted Exclusive HVAC through Yelp just after 5 p.m. on a Friday. My air conditioner was fixed before 1 p.m. the next day. The owner, Patrick, arrived during my four hour appointment window. He was very courteous both through Yelp and in person. After climbing on the roof and determining the issue, he gave me a repair price and also a price to replace the whole, almost forty-year-old, unit. The prices were very reasonable compared to other companies I had asked for a rough estimate. He didn't pressure me to choose the more expensive option at all. I chose to repair and the air conditioner was up and working less than ten minutes later because he had the two replacement parts already in his truck. Patrick even installed a clean filter in our house, with the filter we had on hand, as a courtesy before he left. Overall, I highly recommend Exclusive HVAC. We had issues with the HVAC during the winter and a handy family member troubleshooted the issue (buying parts, watching tutorials, etc.) and after a few weeks of suffering in the cold -- fixed the issue! Come summer, the AC was now not working and after a month of troubleshooting in the heat, the issue could just not be resolved. During the heatwave, I finally went on Yelp and after reading through the reviews, settled on Exclusive HVAC. (Fingers crossed!) Patrick returned my inquiries immediately and patiently listened to the issues with our AC. He informed me of the initial service charge for a site visit and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. I immediately received a confirmation text and another text 10 min before the appointment, letting me know Phillip was on his way! Phillip was prompt, polite, cool and just a great human being. Phillip checked everything out, sharing his observations every step of the way. Fortunately, it was a quick fix and the AC was back up and running!!! He shared the findings from the diagnostic readings and gave his opinion that the reading wasn't great (it's an old AC), but that I could still potentially get 5 more years? He casually went through the different options, what he would do if he were in my situation, etc. At no point during this process did I feel pressured to fix anything or buy anything or replace anything. (Though he did paint a picture of what I might expect in the future with the AC.) Since Phillip was able to fix the issue during the service call, no extra charges were added. I just received the invoice for the initial service charge and I could not be more grateful. I will most definitely be reaching out to Exclusive HVAC as soon as there are any more issues. This is one of my quicker reviews, being Christmas Eve. To make a long story short(er), my husband and I needed to have an emergency heater repair for his mom. We learned about her overnight issues at 7:30 am (she didn't want us to know earlier than that). Checked the reviews for this company, all looked good. Contacted them through Yelp to set up an Appt. Patrick responded promptly to my request, setting up an appointment to come out 3 days later. Patrick informed me there would be a $95 fee for the service call that would be applied towards any repairs. 3 days later... We had a 5-7pm appointment window. Sadly, Patrick never showed. Sadly, Patrick never called or sent a text. Sadly, Patrick lacks common courtesy and never made any effort to contact us to reschedule or apologize for the no show. We contacted another company on Yelp, they came out the very next day (no $95 service fee) and fixed our problem for $70. Fortunately it was a minor fix. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company! When your AC or heater doesn't work in this desert the last thing you want is an unreliable repair company! Go elsewhere! read more

Bought a new house and remodeled. Was recommended by contractor to have vents/ducts deep cleaned to minimize any health issues. Got in touch with Patrick J at Exclusive HVAC. Scheduling was easy. Technician who showed up to clean was trying to talk us out of doing this service. Not sure why but we should have. The way the work was done looked suspicious the way it was done. But no way for a layman to check. Days later a family member stayed and found dust flying out of vents. Got in touch owner of company couple of times the issue but have not heard back. Believe the reviews are not legit. If owner is paying for yelp ad, this probably will be filtered. But I am not going away after spending close to $ 1200 for nothing. Our cooling system stopped working on the hottest day of the heat wave. We called numerous companies that we found online. Most places could not come in a short time and were asking a hefty price just to come check it out. Exclusive Heating and Air gave us the lowest price and arrived withing 90 minutes of being contacted. Once he arrived, he got work very quickly. He replaced the faulty batteries that he demonstrated were not providing the properly working, cleaned the air vents, and even climbed into our attic to make sure our thermometer was set to the correct specifications. Called because my new small room HVAC was leaking water from the unit inside. Patrick responded and gave a quote of $285 before initiating the work. It turned out that the contractor that installed the unit, not Patrick, failed to cut the condensation hose to fit. Patrick quickly corrected the problem by cutting the hose to an appropriate length. He initially charged the $285, however, after speaking with him, he agreed to refund $100 making us happy with the experience. He was professional and courteous. The customer service provided was on point! The flexibility in scheduling was Awesome! The technician arrived and went to work assessing what my Trane Air Conditioner needed to get it working again. He informed me that it needed a Capacitor and 2 blown fuses. I was charged $325.00 for this work. Just the evening prior, I had the Capacitors replaced brand new, so it made me question why he was charging me for a capacitor when I had just brought and had replaced them the night before. I went on and paid the $325.00 as requested, because I did not want to get into a back and forth conversation about the capacitor. As I said, the customer service was fantastic, but I did not experience honesty with what parts were needed, and therefore will not be calling this company back for service. I could've understood just the replacement of the 2 fuses, but not the capacitor that was brand new......and he took the brand new capacitor that he took off of my unit with him. If proof of purchase is needed, I can certainly provide. read more
