Turns out the furnace emergency mode was tripped due to a dirty air filter. Our new build home recommended we replace our air filters every 6 months. For the type of furnace we have we should be replacing them monthly! Sean quickly reset the furnace after 5 minutes the cooling and heating started to work again. I would do business with these folks again as they were fast and the price was fair. If it wasn't for the heat wave coming I'm sure they would've scheduled me sooner.

Could be because of the student helping him but it doesn't matter anymore. I appreciate a business that teaches new generations and that does everything properly and with care. However, he brought back down from the roof, pictures of rust, oil leaks and a few burned-out resistors along with detailed explanations of where things were headed with likely steep replacemet/repair costs in the future. Not only so, but the refrigerant in my a/c unit was no longer a legal replacement in California, should leaks occur there. The motor bearings were becoming noisily worn as well. From the very first Saturday contact with a call from James within 10 minutes of my YELP request, to the field visit from Marlon on the same day, to the installatin of a brand new heat pump system only two days later on Monday by two guys up on the roof enduring the at-least 106-degree brutal temperatures, and the skillful crane operator who clearly knew what he was doing, the professionalism, great care and willingness to get it all done right was seamless and unwavering. The solution to my septic plumbing ordeal began when I called Cisneros Bros. in the middle of the night meaning to leave a message, but surprisingly, after several calls (accidentally called several times in my stress) an actual person answered the phone. Nicole (who answered) must have guessed it was urgent even if after hours. The next day, I met Nathan Knapp who walked me through every single step the crew would take. (Thank you crew!). I was helping my parents with this -- their septic tank broke into a foul river of waste in their front yard. Neighbors called the city for help, we were cited to fix things immediately, and almost $18,000 later it has been fixed. I could not pay ANY company this amount without understanding what in fact they were fixing, how, and the different options. Apparently for many decades, we were not meeting city codes (we didn't know until this septic tank disaster). The cheaper options to "fix" the septic mess weren't really an option because the city citation did not allow the cheaper fixes, but also because we truly needed a major fix. Nathan and the crew (Jeff, Victor and Rogelio) were super hardworking at pumping out the tank and Victor luckily spoke Spanish who could better explain things to my dad. It's hard to pay a bill like this, but I recognize the value of it -- it was necessary, and I really don't think it would have been cheaper or done better by others.
