I even had one person do some weed whacking on the front of my home in Mill Villa and never come back to get paid. He did such a lame job that I was debating whether to even pay him. Not so with James from Gibson Landscaping. James is as honest as the day is long. I watched him finish a job on Sunday morning for the pool at Mill Villa. He was so dedicated that he had to bring along his family as they were going to a function after. How many people would show up Sunday morning to finish a job? Not many in Tuolumne County, if you ask me. So get your bid request in as soon as possible because we all know that the "good ones," get swamped every year.
