While you mention a no-refund policy and a non-disparagement clause, neither changes the fact that the contracted work was not performed. This review reflects my actual experience and is based on truthful events. I have kept records of our communications, including the promises to issue my refund. Also a non-disparagement clause to discourage posting an honest review, is not enforceable in consumer contracts in the United States Since the refund is not returned, I will continue pursuing the legal remedies available to me, including filing in small claims court.
