They did not do that and when I came home from being out of town the night before my front door was wide open and so was every bedroom door open, both patio sliding glass doors was opened and my belongings had been rummaged through. on top of that they did not do a good job steam cleaning the bedroom carpet they were working on, and dirty foot prints through out my kitchen floor and kitchen sink handle was broken off. I called them and they kept putting the blame on me. I had to call the police dept because I wasn't going to walk in and find some one still there. Police officer filed a report. I ended up buying a new sink and putting in more of security equipment on both sliding glass doors and windows and also a dead bolt on my front door so if that person was that came in wont be able to get back in. The police officer said he would do added patrols day and night for the next few weeks. I will never recommend them!!!!

BUT she defended her staff and TRULY likes her staff, and her retention rate was great, she mentioned. Okay, I will take her on her word. In comes the first deep clean..here we go. She warned me it was a FULL day.. and it was. When I tell you there were no less than 10 people in this house top and bottom floors, I'm not joking. I watched them like bees in a hive. I've owned rental properties throughout the Midwest, I've retained MANY move in, move out and continual cleaning services. But I have never seen what they did. None of them spoke a word. Yet in tandem, did things I never even thought to do. There was no weird odor, no smell, no chit chat, no laughing no talking no nonsense. This group was HERE TO DO A JOB. I sat here, in my chair, in AWE and watched as [what I call kids..all in their 20's and 30's] worked like a successful unit. Here is the truth-I was exhausted. It almost brought tears to my eyes. Watching my home being transformed into something immaculate, my sanctuary becoming spotless. One by one cleaning and picking up as they went, by the end of an 8 hour day they were gone and I had not recognized my home by clock out time. What they did, SHE SAID THEY WOULD DO. He's an absolute pill, but we dealt with it because the ladies were pleasant and did a good job. Juan was consistently soliciting us to do *more work with them. We were supposed to have monthly cleaning. Frequently Juan would just *forget about us?* (and even SAID so) that sometimes it would go months between cleanings. There was NEVER a fixed day or time. When they would come, Juan called/txt me the night before and expect me to just drop what I have scheduled for the day and be available to them?? I suspect the issue might have been money. I'm retired and on fixed income. If Juan didn't wanted to do cleaning here he could have just said "not interested". Very surly on the phone.
