Our expectations were for those stains to be gone, and the car to smell nice, the rest is a plus. I'll start with the negatives: the stains on the seat were still there, and some on the door fabric. The positives: Doug and company were extremely professional and communicative. The cars exterior was superb, and it was clear the interior received a lot of work, there were some minor details missed, but overall it was a great job done. For the price I did expect the stains to be gone though, thus the 4 stars instead of 5. If your car doesn't have old stains it can be a 5 star service maybe. The price compared to a different place I took my other vehicle to seemed steep but this particular industry seems to be all over the place, another place quoted us $1000 (Ha!). So overall, if price isn't an issue to you this place is very professional and they did a pretty good job, if your expectation is a "like new" car it might not be possible.
