Frankly because of the excellent reviews left before me, it was an easy choice to hire Roman to detail and ceramic coat my SUV; and being mobile and coming to my house made it hassle free. First of all, Roman is very courteous and professional in his conduct. That's important to me. Secondly, he doesn't short cut anything, and that includes the products he uses. Once done, he was diligent enough to tell me how to maximize the life of the ceramic coating; it takes a pro to apply but also an owner willing to do the required steps for longevity and he was careful to be sure I knew how to maintain the coating for years. In quick terms, if you take your car to car washes, then don't bother with the expense of ceramic coatings. The old saying, "you get what you pay for" applies here. I'm sure I could have shopped around for a lower price, but the job was done professionally with the instructions on how to maximize the ceramic coating after he left. Ok my pop takes me everywhere and so this pup sheds....a lot. Like white hair everywhere. As much as the old man covers the seats his X5 was full of dog hair. It was in the back, on the seats, under seats, on the dash. So pop called Roman and got on his schedule. The absolute best for mobile car detailing. Roman is great at communication. It was a painless process to schedule and he followed up with text reminders and came exactly when he said he would. Very responsive, easy to talk to about vehicle cosmetic concerns, honest with prices/ quotes, reminded me that i had an appointment couple days before scheduled appointment, offered attention towards my headlights, and I gave him the paint pen that matches my paint and he did what he could with the deeper scratch marks. I had Roman do a full paint correction and detail including interior and engine bay on a beloved classic 911. He also did a ceramic coat on all exterior surfaces.
