We have the unlimited monthly car wash package for each of our cars. It is convenient to drive to the gate which quickly opens. The employees always ensure the car is aligned properly to enter the wash. The car is sprayed and is automatically on its way through the automatic carwash. The soap and brushes are non-abrasive. The car is completely clean and goes through in a reasonable time. The air drying is effectively done with very few spots water. It's quick, economical and keeps the car looking great. Paid for a membership I pay the extra to get my card detailed at least three times a week the same day that I got my car washed and detailed. I had to come back because they did not vacuum the car out properly. I picked up my floor mats and it was dirty underneath them. They did re-vacuum my car, which I did appreciate what it should've been done. The first time properly came back a couple days later just for a car wash asked them for a towel because the air dryer did not dry my car completely. they told me sorry that customers cannot use the towels to dry their own cars so that I left with spots all over my car canceled my membership immediately and went elsewhere with my business. Never have I heard that you cannot dry your own car that you have to bring your own towels after paying over $40 a month for a membership. read more

Just got a car wash maybe 5 minutes ago. Got out and pushed my side view mirrors back out and looking at my hood, windshield and rooftop; pretty clean for the most part. A couple spots I can scrap off with my fingernail which is kind of disappointing, but the bird poop and pollen is gone so can't complain all too much. Did the $20 option so I'd say it was worth it and I might go back again, might just pull off again to scrap some stuff off. Friendly guys who work there but they did a terrible job on the inside and outside of the vehicle. The first time I got a wash, I had to reclean the inside and the wheels were terrible. This was with the "Titanium wash" which is supposed to be there best. I just went again today and got the "platinum". It has been several months and I wanted to give the place a second chance however, again, it was a terrible clean. Asked the guys to borrow a rag as there numerous places that were even wiped on the inside. In the front on the center console, by the gear shift, trash not vacuumed under the seat, even debris on the seat itself. I told the guy my concerns, and it there clearly just is no quality control here. I paid for base plus which is exterior and interior cleaning, and I had to let them know after they finished that they didn't clean my cup holder console at all, or any of my interior in the front dashboard. Had a gift card - decided to regift it to my husband by taking his car for a wash as a surprise. The experience itself was totally fine, albeit a little sales-y. I was able to get an interior and exterior wash in under 30 minutes. The wifi in the waiting room was fast and free. And there were plenty of seats available. I am not sure how keen I am on the actual execution. We are beach people and so sand comes with us everywhere (especially the car), and so I was bummed to see how much sand remained after this car wash. Not to mention general areas that seemed a little neglected. Listen, I can't complain too much, I am the one that spilled the ice cream on the door, dropped my coffee on the floor, and put my feet on the dash. I am the problem. I wanted to give 3.5 stars, BUT their employee Richard bumped it up to four stars. I love the convenience of the unlimited membership. I can drive my car though the carwash as much as I want. That's GREAT! I use it and it makes life easy, plus we are probably saving a on water and chemicals at home. It's nice to know it's not going into our water ways at home. That being said. When I bring my car in for a inside wipe down and vacuum they aren't particularly great on that end. I will specifically tell them to vaccine somewhere in the car and it doesn't get done. I usually have to send it back. Also, getting things wiped down. I realize they have a lot of turn over, but it doesn't make for consistent quality for their customers. I have not brought my car in for additional detailing in a really long time, but needed it done and didn't have time to focus on it my self. I was very clear about what I wanted done. Don't waste your money. Paid for the most expensive wash, and tipped over 20% beforehand too. My cars only 6 months old and I got sand in it at the beach, so I wanted it clean. I have held a Mr. carwash monthly pass for a long time, I canceled it a couple months back and today gave them a shot and got a full service, $34 car wash plus extras. Had a wet mark on the leather seat which I was told they would make sure it gets done. The cup holders were not touched but they were payed for. The glove compartment has visible marks that were not wiped. I was able to wipe the mark on the seat myself when I got home and it came right off. So it's not like it was a stain. My car was absolutely filthy after making 2 long road trips and only cleaning out the inside. Now, back in Florida, sand had gotten thrown into the mix. My grandmother also needed her car washed and cleaned out, and I did not have the desire to wash and detail 2 vehicles on a hot, Florida summer day. This super slick guy comes up to my car and had me convinced within seconds they work on commission. I wouldn't budge and stuck with the middle of the road, $36 package. I was expecting my car to be ran thru the auto wash, hand dried, windows cleaned, inside wiped down and vacuumed. As I'm sitting in the waiting area, I'm watching the people working on drying and "detailing" the vehicles. Everyone that I could see was in no hurry, despite the crazy amount of cars lined up to work on. Watching them "dry" the cars was almost hilarious. The cars were pretty much dry when they got to them, after sitting there in the heat and sun...hence the streaks left behind, all over my black car...yet they would still half heartedly kind of act like they were wiping and wiping and wiping the same spot over and over. There was what looked like one woman walking around inspecting and looking over things. They'd see her coming and suddenly get more productive. Several people in the waiting room began commenting on it and kind of poking fun. As I expected, the job done on my car was crappy. Streaks all over from drying in the sun. While the inside had been vacuumed really well, the job they did wiping down the inside was pathetic. There was a large section of the dash they had missed entirely and I realized they don't even wipe down the doors, your console or your steering wheel??? That's just weird. I also realized after then taking my grandma's car thru (and they did just as lackluster of a job of hers as well) that mister pushy salesman had not offered me the air freshener for my car that came with the package I purchased. For a $31 car wash and and $8 tip, I am so disappointed. I've been here before and the interior of my car has been cleaned. This time, it was not. The interior of my car is still dusty. The cup holders, area around my shifter, area around the emergency break, etc. were not even touched! It has been a few months since my last visit and I must say, this is LAZY work done by the team. Had been there before and wasn't ecstatic about either the work done or the price but with most of the car washes being taken over by the self service, there aren't many full service ones left. Went there today, cheapest car wash was $26 and that was for exterior only!! For $30, they did the inside windows and vacuumed-still overpriced. And, still, NO prices listed anywhere. The guy comes up with a little hand held sign with the prices listed. Fine. Went inside to wait--the place was a morgue! NO vending machines--none at all. No Wi-Fi service, nothing to even look at. They will take your credit card information and start charging your card every month without your permission. Went to the manager at the Seminole location and talked to Bradley Fayett. He said it wasn't his problem and really didn't care, he was very rude and disrespectful. I asked him for his managers number...he refused to give it to me. I just read some of the 1 start reviews and they are hilarious. If you want your car professionally detailed, go pay $150 and leave this business alone. They do an awesome job! And it's very affordable! It's about $22 a month and you can get the exterior washed every day if you want. Then, for ten bucks extra (if you're a member), you can get a quick clean on the interior. With membership and getting my interior cleaned once a week, it's only like 60 bucks a month! Just add in some tips!! These guys deserve it. Sooo friendly and always smiling!
