I am the son of parents in their 80's who selected All Seasons as their retirement residence over other competitors in the Naples area. They are very happy with their decision, as is our entire family. My Dad started in Independent Living, which is like a luxury five star hotel with stacked amenities and a beautiful dining room and common areas, and my Mom started in Assisted Living, which is very similar to Independent, but includes nursing staff on call 24/7. After a year, my Mom rotated to Memory Care and my Dad to Assisted Living. Thus far, the staff has been very attentive and it is an ideal residence for eldery parents. The other reisdents are very friendly and they have engagning programming, such as live music performances, and other activities. The food is also top notch. Wow. This is an amazing facility for your loved ones. Amy, who runs this facility in Naples FL, knows each resident and carefully notices, how they are doing, the activités they participate in, when hair appointments are, the routines of residents here and if one should need more care. Typically, you hear how no one knows who your parents are or they are not being properly cared for. This is the exact opposite experience. What a piece of mind it is to know that Amy, along with all of their special programs and co workers are here and overseeing everyone's quality of life, fulfillment and enjoyment. read more

Hurricane IAN just occurred few days ago. There was no power. My in laws live in this facility. Mother in law in independent care and father in law in memory care. What i witnessed the last few days was an amazing group of people doing whatever they could to insure the residents were taken care of during a very difficult time. read more

Visiting her for a week with my father. It is an absolutely gorgeous place. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I wouldn't mind living here myself. The facility is fairly new, and remains extremely clean. There's an abundance of activities and programs for residents. There's a main menu, and then a weekly menu. There's a daily chef special, and the soup also changes daily. The reason I'm give 4 of 5 starts is twofold. All units have hardwood floors, so chairs scraping across the floor from above, or someone in solid shoes, makes a lot of noise. Also, the kitchen runs out, or is frequently out (over several days) of residents favorites. I have also heard that the servers don't always get the orders accurate. However if you desire the same breakfast everyday, the servers "got it". I enjoyed the happy hour and accompanying entertainment while here. The grounds are also beautiful, and allow for a decent walk. Tamiami Trail traffic is also noisy. read more

We had a lovely visit to All Seasons Naples in March 2018. The main entrance, foyer and dining area is simply gorgeous ... Decorated and staffed like a five-star resort! I can only imagine the residents being absolutely delighted living at All Seasons Naples. I had three guests with me to provide a tea presentation to the residents and it was a wonderful experience. My mother was a resident of the All Seasons Memory Care Unit from August through September of 2019. Though she was only there a short time, we were very impressed with the facility. The memory care unit was self contained. Everything the residents need is right there in one wing of the building. With rooms for only 25 residents, personal is a big plus. We were pleased with the quality and variety of the food. Rooms are private and very nice. The unit is VERY CLEAN and the same can be said of the entire facility. More importantly, it always smells fresh and clean. Additionally, the staff we dealt with is first rate, from the unit to the administration. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. That helps a great deal when dealing with a difficult situation for one's family. Sales manager Amy went out of her way to make sure mom was settled, happy and looked after. She even checked on us periodically, to see how we were holding up. And Adam, director of the memory care unit was helpful, understanding and compassionate. I would recommend All Seasons to anyone in the Bonita Springs/Naples area searching for a good memory care facility. I can't speak to the independent or assisted living facilities, but if the lobby and reception area is any indication, they are first rate as well.
