    Came from Sacramento to purchase some Benjamin Moore paint and were received with a warm welcome. Bubba was pleasant, personable, patient and knowledgeable. It's been a long time since I've received such exceptional customer service. Thank you team. We'll be back for sure!!

    This is the best paint store I've been to. Owner is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back.

    I had a patch of wall to fix and had a paint scraping to match. They did a great job matching it and did it so quickly !

I bought several after being assured by a sales person that I could return what I didn't not need. This is a common practice at other locations. I came in and returned items I did not use. Well, I never got my money back. They even ran my card during the return process. I called my bank and they said the refunds were not issued. Then I called the store and the manager said to keep waiting it can take over 10 business days!! That's absolutely ridiculous. I will never shop here again. Update: I did finally get my money back. It just took a very long time 6 days to be exact.

    Ordered a stihl product online was forced to choose this delivery location, even though this is not…read morea reputable stihl dealer, but just a reseller with no repair ability. Part was said to be in stock in one day two days later no updates. Staff have no clue what's going on and can't answer any questions cause they don't know the answer and nor do the managers on duty. Went to the store and called the store today because of lack of communication from both STIHL and Ace Hardware. This is not my preferred dealer for parts for this brand and I would not have ordered had stihl not forced me to to find the product I wanted. Sterling May is a much better stihl dealer but is not an option for online delivery for this item a simple weed eater deflector kit. Would never buy anything power equipment related from this store ever again the lack of customer service is astounding. I used to stock shelves as a second job for OSH at this same location and service was much much better though we weren't a stihl dealer. But Ace shouldn't be either I know more about their power equipment than their salesman that was trying to sell me stuff while I looked at trimmer line which is also lack luster. I'll stick to sterling may at least they deliver on or before the delivery time I just have to go in to the store unfortunately.

They sometimes have varieties that aren't in the big box stores. Today was no exception. I selected some rare succulents and proceeded to the outdoor checkstand to pay. That is where things went downhill. This usually open checkstand had a note stating it was closed and to pay inside. So back inside I went. After a short wait I approached the check stand and after the young man rang my purchases he handed me the receipt. I said well I need to pay you. And as I unzipped my RFID-shielded wallet to obtain my debit card the young male cashier said, "oh it already took your payment" (and he pointed to the "tap here" feature on the credit/debit card machine on the counter). I was flabbergasted! So after looking at the receipt I saw that the machine had charged a credit card that was located several cards deep inside my wallet in my crossbody bag that I was wearing at the time. I asked him to refund that and place the items on a debit card instead. Wow. After a brief discussion, both he and his "Lead" admitted that machine is super sensitive so my recommendations are to the consumer be careful when shopping here, and to ACE replace the machine or post a warning to customers. Lastly, the attitude of the Lead was a bit condescending - loud, and restating the obvious. And the cashier was aloof - detached and not listening.
