Well, I never got my money back. They even ran my card during the return process. I called my bank and they said the refunds were not issued. Then I called the store and the manager said to keep waiting it can take over 10 business days!! That's absolutely ridiculous. I will never shop here again. Update: I did finally get my money back. It just took a very long time 6 days to be exact.

Part was said to be in stock in one day two days later no updates. Staff have no clue what's going on and can't answer any questions cause they don't know the answer and nor do the managers on duty. Went to the store and called the store today because of lack of communication from both STIHL and Ace Hardware. This is not my preferred dealer for parts for this brand and I would not have ordered had stihl not forced me to to find the product I wanted. Sterling May is a much better stihl dealer but is not an option for online delivery for this item a simple weed eater deflector kit. Would never buy anything power equipment related from this store ever again the lack of customer service is astounding. I used to stock shelves as a second job for OSH at this same location and service was much much better though we weren't a stihl dealer. But Ace shouldn't be either I know more about their power equipment than their salesman that was trying to sell me stuff while I looked at trimmer line which is also lack luster. I'll stick to sterling may at least they deliver on or before the delivery time I just have to go in to the store unfortunately.

They guaranteed the paint was heat resistant, but it obviously was not, as it peeled within a year. Then they tried to strong arm me to sign off on work that was not completed because it was a holiday weekend and they wanted to finish early. I finally signed but with notes listing the work that was not finished. My son, who owns the house, was furious at the strong arm approach, and called them and they sent out the owner. He kind of fixed things, but the heaters are still a mess. Avoid them.

Now they are throughout the store instead of in end caps. Service varies - mostly good experiences but you do get the occasional person who doesn't know much about the products they carry. Much is sold at a good value, and can easily be compared by a quick online search. I go to Home Depot for lumber, plumbing, tools, pool chemicals and garden supplies. Also purchased a washer and dryer, stove, and microwave last Black Friday and had a great experience. I'm sure you already know about Home Depot - this is a good store in a decent area.

This review reflects our personal observations and what occurred on the property The company was hired approximately three months ago. In our experience, they left the property in dangerous conditions, left trash and beer cans on the property, failed to complete the job, and someone was reportedly sent to the emergency room following the conditions left behind. They also removed the carport lighting and did not reinstall it. During a storm, the area was dark and wet, and the mother of my disabled child fell because there was no lighting in the carport. We also observed what we believed to be hazardous materials being disposed of in our dumpsters.

Jeff Pecka, the owner, communicated with us by text and email to keep us informed of their progress in a timely manner. The process was seamless and painless and they got the job done within a week of the HOA approval. I especially like the front door that his dad painted (it's a family affair) because I used harsh cleaning chemicals on it in error during COVID.
