She made us feel safe and comfortable from the very beginning, and gave clear instructions so we always knew what to do. She tailored our ride to how "spicy" we wanted to make it, so since it was our first time rafting, that made us feel great. The trip was the perfect level of excitement for us as beginners. It was fun, thrilling, and adventurous without ever feeling overwhelming. My sons, ages 10 and 13, had an absolute blast and want to plan another trip back. We even got to see a bald eagle along the river, it was phenomenal. The weather was perfect, and the whole experience was incredibly well organized. It's also just under two hours from Denver, making it a great day trip. We really appreciated the free parking, and they kept our car keys safely in the office while we were out on the river. We felt completely comfortable leaving everything else locked in our car. We couldn't have asked for a better first rafting experience. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone, especially families and first-time rafters. Definitely opt for the photo package too - the pictures we received were stunning and memorable. We had been shopping for used boats and we stopped in to get a quote on some parts for a boat we were thinking about buying. Julie at the front desk was outstanding to work with and gave us some compelling reasons to not buy the boat we were considering. I call this the "no sale" integrity close because she gave up the sale on parts with her recommendation. Meanwhile, there was an ad at the front desk for a boat that belonged to somebody who had recently gotten it serviced there. Julie vouched for the condition of the boat and next thing you know we ended up buying a much better boat for a lot less. The boat needed a new water pump, but al's squeezed us in on short notice as we were in a hurry to get out of town. I'm now the proud owner of a 1982 Boston Whaler. This made it so easy to be at the office by 8:00am for our jeep tour and zip line. The view from the camp space was the scene from the Colorado license plate! Gorgeous! Due to the recent heavy rainfall and snow melt the rafting seemed more intermediate than beginner but we were fine with that since we had all been rafting before. We all had a lot of fun and Adam let us know we could get a discount for going again since we live in CO- we might try the intermediate in the future Definitely recommend wearing a swimsuit underneath the wetsuit and also bringing a rain jacket - these items saved me! Also recommend bringing water shoes if you own any- (they have some for rent too) since water is very cold and your lower body will get soaked

Who knows who was at fault here but the main thing is they really stepped up and paid the Glasstron dealer to take care of it. Curts lost money but really took care of me.
