They installed vinyl in the wrong bathroom and even inside a shower, removed brand-new subflooring during corrections, installed the wrong threshold, and completed tile showers so poorly they had to be torn out and redone multiple times. We found uneven tile, improper installation methods, and even torn cardboard used as spacers. A third-party shower glass installer also questioned the quality of the work and was unable to install the Glass Shower Doors. The worst part was that Avalon never caught these issues--we had to identify and push for every correction ourselves. Their $1,300 compensation offer didn't come close to covering our losses in time, labor, and business. We documented everything with photos and texts.
