Rented there for 2 years, then got bought by All Secure, they jacked rent from $925 to $1200 per month with 1 month notice. Called to ask them about it, and they would give $50 off per month down to $1150, which was hardly enough to keep me renting there, but ok, but then had the gall to tell me they are raising it again in 6 months to $1400 per month. Increase over 50% in a year? Terrible! Moved out 2 months after their 1st Initial Letter Notice of Increase. Steer Clear of All Secure. read more

Our company rents a space here as a satellite office and we love it. The rent is very reasonable and the landlord is very friendly, and attentive. He is usually on site in case there are any problems. There is also a bunch of very useful stores in the area (Walmart, Lowes, Tractor Supply &, Rural King). Our experience here has been and is great. I would recommend to anyone. read more

I called multiple companies to try to find help. I had almost given up hope before getting a hold of Marc. He was fantastic from the start. After hearing our story, he said they were booked for the day but would send a crew at 5:00 p.m. after completing their other jobs. I was so appreciative but fully expected to have just a couple of exhausted people show up to help that late in the day. WHAT A SURPRISE to have FIVE guys show up with great attitudes and even greater work ethic! And no added charges for the last minute rush job. Can't recommend them enough. I rent a unit from the Sonrise center for my Dog grooming business. I have been at this location for going on 4 years now. My decision renting from the Sonrise center was a smart one. The reasoning was the location at first, but now it's more than that. It has become a business slash friendship. The owner of the Sonrise center Rick Schpok is one man who is very business oriented but shows you that you can trust him and always count on him at times of need. The Sonrise buildings are always well maintained and if any problems arose Mr. Schpok has it taken care of immediately. In the future if I want to expand my business I can do so by the space Sonrise center has available. When my deliveries get delivered there is plenty of space for the delivery trucks to turn around. Renting from Sonrise Business Center has been a very good experience for Fastenal. We have rented from Sonrise Business Center for over 8 years now. The space we rent fits perfectly for our business. The space is always clean and kept up to date. If there ever is a problem Rick is always quick to respond. When it snows the parking lots are usually cleared by the time we open the doors in the morning. My space at the Sonrise Business Center has been the perfect solution for me. The entire complex is very well maintained and offers many different sizes available to suit your needs. There is a common loading dock available for deliveries. The location is very convenient located very close to US 12 and 8 miles from the Indiana Toll Road.
