I'm not sure, since the repairs were very costly, but I think the repair quality was 5 stars. They did a break job and after picked up the car, the air conditioner went out, so they did that repair also a few weeks later. The break repair costs were about what I expected, but the air conditioning repair was about double what I expected (me, with zero automotive repair experience). Both repairs seem to be quality repairs, and the owner, David, talked me through them before I gave the go-ahead. I'm giving 5 stars because I think they did a good job. I'm not completely sure I understand why the air conditioner gave out right after they fixed the breaks, and I'm going to go with "complete coincidence" for that one, but it was a very expensive fix. We were only about 5 miles from Hoosier Harley Davidson. I went in to service to ask if they could look at it. THey had me bring it right in. Confirmed leak and put their best tech on it. It was almost 1 pm and they closed at 4. Bike was finished at 3:40 with both gaskets replaced and we were back on our way to Sturgis. They were quick, friendly and made my day. I can't say enough about how great theses people were. Hoosier Harley is a great place.

They had a very limited selection of sizes in the shirts I wanted -- most options were only available in 2X and above. When I asked the associate if they had more inventory, she mentioned they were getting ready to swap everything out for the holidays. I understand seasonal changes, but as a destination for riders and collectors who travel specifically to buy shirts, they really should keep all sizes well-stocked year-round. Not just one, but several shirts I wanted weren't available in the size I needed, so I left without purchasing anything. Also worth noting: this location is not part of the national Harley-Davidson points or rewards system. If you're planning to swing by just to pick up shirts, I recommend calling ahead to confirm they have the size you need. Friendly staff, but limited inventory. Nearly a week after the break-in, I asked to see the video surveillance footage and was told by the manager that no one had time to look at it yet as they were "short staffed". One would think that if multiple customers had been broken into, management would make it a priority to figure out what happened. The manager told me she would call me as soon as they reviewed the video. That call never came. I later found out from the South Bend police that the footage was too grainy to see anything... Not surprising as the nearest camera is on the opposite end of the lot where a person looks like a single pixel. Management gave no apology, showed no sympathy, and even had an attitude over the phone when I expressed frustration about the video footage. Cameras aside, the physical location of this lot is sketchy; the back of the lot is right off the highway and completely out of sight with a short fence which anyone could jump. I should have known this was a terrible place as I found USED CONDOMS and beer bottles strewn about the grounds around my RV. Luckily, all the thieves were able to take was a cheap TV, but they caused $1,000 in body damage to get in. I have since moved the RV to storage elsewhere. I recommend you do the same.
