My wife and I are somewhat "particular" when it comes to our cars, but Curt and his team exceeded our expectations with beautiful, matching paint-work on the new BMW OEM Hood, Door, Fender, and Rocker Panel Cover and BMW factory-level panel gaps all around. Some minor fill-work was required on the rear quarter-panel, but the quality of work is so high, there is no evidence the car was ever damaged! Premium provided show-car results at a very fair price. It's almost impossible to find this level of customer service and paintwork expertise in this day and age. Because of that, I would not take my vehicles anywhere else!

The employees helped me as much as they could, however the owner shows no ownership to his business or customers. It's unprofessional and frankly just lazy on his part. The employees were good, and the work was good however with the complete disregard the owner shows customers I would avoid this place. He will ignore any problems that arise while you are there and insist his employees do the bare minimum to help you.

As soon as he heard the sound he said "sounds like you got a rock stuck in there". I asked if he thought he could fix it tomorrow if I left it there overnight. I recently stopped by Morgan's Auto Service after my wife was involved in a minor car accident…read more There was a piece of plastic from the other vehicle lodged in the rim of the tire, and it looked like it could have punctured the bead. Since I didn't want to risk pulling it out myself and ending up with a flat tire in my driveway (which is only a few houses away), I brought it in for a quick check. To their credit, they took a look right away, removed the plastic, and re-inflated the tire. The whole process was quick and the staff was courteous. That said, I was charged $75, which they have posted in the front office as a diagnostic fee. I had essentially diagnosed the issue myself when I saw the large piece of plastic sticking out of the tire, so the charge felt a bit high for what turned out to be a simple fix. While I was paying, I asked what they would charge to mount and change a tire, and I was told $30--which made the $75 charge feel even more out of proportion. Overall, I appreciate the prompt service and professionalism, but I did walk away feeling a little undervalued as a customer given the simplicity of the issue.
