This review is more of a "buyers remorse" situation but I was still unhappy with parts of the…read moretransaction. A year and a half ago the gutter on the front of the house broke off and was left hanging. Eager to fix this eyesore and functional problem, I did a Google search and looked up highly rated Gutter companies. One of what I thought to be a highly rated company was CT Gutter Pro. So I called them in to get price and do the front gutters. When the man arrived he was nice. At the time he had a cast on. Said he was the owner and that he normally works too but is currently not installing cause of his arm. We told him that we just needed the gutter re-connected and he told us a kind of pricey option for that and then really pushed us to spend twice as much to replace the whole gutter. The price he gave us wouldnt replace any of the other parts (soffets, flashing, etc). Just the gutter itself and that for price it make complete since to go with this. I reluctantly said Yes. I asked how much to do the back as well and the price kept climbing so I left it to that. He knew we were in a pickle and need a solution. Now I understand accepting these prices and services was my fault as I could of done for quotes. I just felt he was real pushy. He even wanted their sign up in our yard for no discount (which I took down soon after). Anyways I'm giving them 3 stars because they did a good job with gutter and it holds so far since we got it. Just kind of left annoyed by the process and being coerced into a larger "deal" price. Will never use them again.

David contacted us for a free estimate asking if we would want to call or text him for one. We sent over a text and received a fast response back looking for our address. I want to say, he came the next day to check it out when we weren't home, which was very convenient. He left a quote for us on an invoice in our mailbox and the price was just right! It was reasonably cheaper than a quote we had gotten elsewhere prior. Within the week, they came back to do the job and our garage hasn't flooded since (and there have been some very hard downpours to gauge it). They destroyed a mature eight year old 5' high Hydrangea bush by my front door. Surprise surprise, as I am writing this, yet another large empty box of roofing material has just been thrown and falls right by my bedroom window. The video shows my broken Hydrangea being shoved with the rest of garbage they trashed my patio with. Shingles were hung over the trees, an awful site. This is unbelievably surreal and negative experience. I guess They pick up these men on the side of the road on the way to your home. No one to answer for what they do, no one cared.
