I was initially quoted $2.8k for the repair of a small piece of roof (50-60sqft) outside of our kitchen window. After I told the salesperson I wanted to discuss it with my husband, he returned with a new quote of $3.3k and claimed the original quote never existed. Since we already had water damage and needed the repair urgently because of the horrible CT winter, we felt pressured to move forward. But the repair also wasn't scheduled as quickly as promised. I had to make several calls to finally get someone to come out since the job was "too small" (yet they asked for three grand). Horrible sales experience. The technician, however, was excellent. When we experienced another small leak after the repair, he came back promptly and fixed it without hesitation. He was professional, responsive, and the only reason this review isn't zero star.

From our very first meeting, I could tell I had found the right person for the job. This was a major project. It included all new siding and gutters, replacement windows throughout the house (including some incredibly challenging basement windows), replacing two damaged sliding doors with one larger slider while reframing the wall to improve my sun porch, removing an old access ramp and replacing it with new stairs and masonry, replacing both the front and back doors, adding a storm door in the back, removing satellite dishes from the roof, and installing a beautiful new garage door through Hemi Garage Doors (who also deserves five+ stars--he's wonderful!). It was a huge undertaking with several unexpected challenges along the way, but Jeremy and his team handled every one of them with professionalism, transparency, and the most incredible attention to detail I've ever experienced. Jeremy spent a lot of time during the estimate walking through every aspect of the project. He explained the products he uses, the installation process, the pros and cons of different options, and the reasoning behind every recommendation. He was nice, honest, patient, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. Instead, I felt informed and confident that we were making the right decisions before any work even began. One thing I especially appreciated was that Jeremy offered options for different budgets without compromising on quality. His recommendations were always based on what he believed was the best long-term solution for my home--not what was easiest or most profitable. There were several moments during this project when Jeremy could have taken the easier route. He never did. That says everything about the kind of person he is and the kind of company he runs. Whenever something unexpected came up, Jeremy brought it to my attention immediately. The windows themselves are mediocre at best, especially considering the price. The screens feel flimsy, and there are noticeable gaps that let bugs in. I also paid extra for the upgraded glass package and honestly can't tell the difference. To make matters worse, some of the latches are already breaking. Compared to my 20+ year old Anderson windows, these don't even come close in quality or durability. Oh, and the siding they replaced outside is falling. I had much higher expectations.
