Reception gave me an iPad to update my contact info and sign any forms. Not only is Loretta absolutely beautiful, fun & friendly, but she is also informative and professional. She pays close attention to detail and your experiance from the time you sit in the chair, to the time you leave. She doesn't rush through appointments and she actually takes her time. You can tell she takes a lot of pride in her work. Throughout the years Loretta worked on my teeth but this is my first time going to this location. This place is small but is very clean. They have a lot of accommodation for you. They offer headphones and tv while they work on your teeth. They actually read your registration form and any comments you put on it. I came here for cleaning and consultation. This is by far the least painful cleaning I had. The hygienist was thorough and handled my teeth with care. They also explained how to care for my teeth and made recommendations. The dentist was also very nice and informative. Dr. Hwang went over my mouth tooth by tooth, took pictures, did measurements, took notes and then he actually spoke to me about my teeth and oral health. Go figure? My cleaning was nothing short of delightful if you can believe that. I felt that my teeth had not been that clean and attended to in years. Keep in mind that I loved my previous dentist, but Dr. Hwang and his team are next level. The office is state of the art and spotless. Instead, he would objectively assess each situation and provides honest feedback of the type of dental work truly necessary. Time and time again, he has steered my family members from the most expensive dental work (for which he would have made the most profits), patiently explaining the pros and cons. He is a rarity nowadays when we often have to be skeptical of medical procedures suggested by doctors/dentists, second guessing if they are profit driven instead of the patients' best interest. For only collecting from me a $100 consultation fee, he talked us out of getting new dentures for my 92-year-old dad that would have costed $3,600.
