Unfortunately they are incredibly expensive. $300 for comprehensive evaluation, X-rays and cleaning. Plus they try to get another $65 for fluoride varnish (I felt it was unnecessary as my toothpaste has fluoride in it) and oral cancer exam (which was included in the exam at my last dentist). I normally pay $125 for biannual exam, cleaning, X-rays and oral cancer exam. I understand having such a nice office that they are recouping costs, but I feel this is excessive. My previous dentist (in California) gave me a discount as I was cash pay. Not having to bill insurance is a plus for the practice as they are paid immediately. Also, they offer Invisalign, which is nice. Normally charging approximately $8k, they were offering a back-to-school discount and it would be $6,000. I can get the same type of orthodontics for $899 through Smileie which I will probably be doing. As the cost difference is so great for the dental work I will probably coordinate care with my dentist in CA as I'm back there periodically anyway. If you have insurance or affordability isn't and issue, this practice will probably be a good experience for you. It was for me until I had to get out my wallet.

Their website clearly advertises a $69 New Patient Special (see below for screenshots since they changed the website after my visit) for a dental cleaning, which includes x-rays and a dental exam. I filled out the online form specifically under this promotion, and when they called to schedule, I confirmed it would be $69 for the cleaning. When I arrived for my appointment, I confirmed again with the front desk that the cost would be $69. After completing the x-rays and exam, the dentist told me my teeth looked great. He said I was young, healthy, and that everything looked perfect with no concerns. However, before performing the actual cleaning, the billing representative came to speak with me and suddenly said it would cost $445 to proceed. She also claimed I had gingivitis -- something the dentist never mentioned and directly contradicted when he said my teeth were in excellent condition. I was shocked. I asked to speak to a manager, but was told none was available. The front desk then informed me that the $69 special would only be applied to a future visit (and that I had to pay $445 now for special treatment) -- something that was never disclosed beforehand, despite me confirming the price twice. When I said I would not proceed and was leaving, I was told I could not leave unless I paid $40 for the x-rays and exam -- services I did not specifically request beyond what was included in the advertised cleaning special. My paperwork clearly stated I came in for a cleaning under that promotion. This entire experience felt deceptive and completely unprofessional. Save your time and do not go here.
