My 1998 Toyota Camry was sideswiped by an 18-wheel gas tanker on I-70 while I was stopped in a traffic jam. I went to half a dozen shops for an estimate. Many shops would not even consider an estimate on an older car like this due to a potential inability to find parts. Other shops indicated that it would take 8 weeks or more to schedule repairs. All-Star immediately found the relevant parts and completed the work in a matter of days. I had the car back for only 6 days when another driver crushed the rear bumper while I was stopped at a red light. Once again, All-Star found a new bumper and repaired the car in a matter of days. The quality of their work and their customer service were both outstanding. The body repair and the matching paint job were superb. They communicated clear, realistic expectations and administered all of the billing with the insurance company. This company cares...they really care about their customers. It took a few weeks to get the car in for the work to be done; however, it was mostly cosmetic, scratches and dents. It was worth the wait. customer service was fantastic. I went in for an estimate coordinated with State Farm In's. I was showing the damage and was told I was lying by the technician. I don't know how the interior damage occurred. And I'm sure the technician is not an expert in physics. He had not yet even looked at the multiple collision points. As an engineer I know what damage was a result of a spinning with multiple collision contact points. Don't appreciate being called a liar. I'll be choosing a different auto repair shop. One that doesn't call customers liars. read more

Fixed the front end of my 2011 Subaru Legacy and it looks good as new! All-Star was on a long list provided by my insurance company as "preferred" places, but they were the fastest to respond and the quickest to be able to accommodate me. They also did all the billing through my insurance company and recommended a rental car place that picked up and dropped off right there. I don't want to have to get my car fixed again but if I need to, I will definitely bring it back here. read more

We discussed the cost of replacing some items, and they ordered them and replaced them.
