Just met the owner Rick - an outstanding human being. This is a family-run business. He's observing safety protocol. I requested a quote for what looks like a minor love tap scrape on the back side area of my car from a parking lot. It's a scrape, I don't need bumper work and a new paint job. Some auto body places won't help you unless you agree to restore your car section to factory cosmetic setting, forcing you into an all-or-nothing solution. Rick wasn't like that. He agreed most of it can be buffed out and even made time to help me while there so I didn't have to return for a separate appointment. He took such care with the buff that the result turned out better than he advised it would. I uploaded a picture - the sideways scrape was obvious and lengthy and now only one tiny triangle whiteness remains. I call about 8 other places before dent clinic and was quoted $1000-$2000, and a minimum of one week repair time, to fix the dent I had in the lift gate of my 2016 Honda. Dent Clinic estimated $400 and one day. They said they could get the debt 80%-90% better. They also said they would touch up my paint- something no other painters dent repair places I contacted were willing to do. They got my car in the shop in 2 weeks and had it fixed by 6:30pm (they stayed late to finish it on that day). The dent looks amazing. You now have to search for the damage. They were friendly, easy to work with, honest and detailed oriented perfectionists - everything you want. After getting a moderate amount of hail damage on my 2011 Subaru Outback WHILE it was at the AutoNation Collision Center having the bumper repaired from a hit and run, I took my car to Dent Clinic. I had used Dent Clinic once before on a minor ding on my previous car, and I had a good experience. So I decided to return. I remembered Rick from my first visit. He is very friendly and pays very close attention to detail, I suppose he has to in his industry! He made sure all of the hail damage was accounted for, and even found some more while in the process of repairing my car. He had the insurance company come back out and see what he saw, and made sure my vehicle was repaired perfectly. Rick is a consummate perfectionist, and also a nice guy. Unfortunately, my newer vehicle got hit with hail and instead of doing more research, I took somebody's word for it and took it to Dent Clinic. Big mistake. Take your car to a real body shop. Body shops (such as Caliber Collision) will actually sub out PDR if it is an option for the repair, BUT, and it's a big BUT, they also know how to do body work (which might still be needed in addition to the PDR). Dent Clinic broke one mirror and damaged the other when replacing the moldings and then "forgot" to mention that to me. They could not figure out how to fit a hood and kept claiming that it was an OEM part with a weird fit. Perhaps this particular maker (would not surprise me) is making OEM parts with poor tolerance, but Dent Clinic did not even do the bare minimum to make the hood fit better - had to take it to another body shop, who was able to actually get it to fit slightly better, but questions remain as to why would an "OEM" part be so badly out of tolerance. Then there are the problems with the paint "pro" Dent Clinic used because they claimed that the paint had cracks in it and they "had to" replace the original hood. The place is called "West Metro Auto Services". At first it seemed as if the paint job was alright. But then (as with other things), upon closer inspection, the paint was under-sprayed on the edges, almost showing the primer underneath. When I contacted them, their response was... None. Dent Clinic could not even get the rubber moldings to sit right on the doors. Again, they made a bunch of excuses about how "tricky" the particular design was, instead of just getting it right. One mess up after another. And when I spoke with someone on the phone I would get responses along the lines of "no, we did not touch the mirrors or the moldings" to which I would say "but the invoice says you worked on the moldings, which would require you to touch the mirrors"... Silence... Then "oh, right, we did touch the mirrors". Basically, after a while I lost all trust in to anything said to me. And good luck with the "lifetime guarantee." If you have a newer car you care about - consider taking it to a professional body shop that will get the details right instead of making excuses about not being able to get the body work to fit. read more

At first, I was in disbelief they could remove 7 dents for only $500 but they did the job in a day and it was fantastic. Never seen such an offering before and I'm really impressed with how effective it was. My car looks factory new and they have won all my future business without hesitation. Golf ball to tennis ball sized hail dents! That is what Rick recognized right away on my six month old vehicle. Rick patiently surveyed the damage to my car and told me he thought he hoped he get most of them removed. Rick gave me a fair estimate on the repair and got me scheduled right away. When I picked up my vehicle after only two days, I was very impressed with the work that returned my car to that new condition again making it look like it never had any damage at all! I couldn't find any evidence of the previous golf ball sized dents in my hood, all of them were gone! The final cost was right on the estimate. I got an estimate and was initially impressed by the amount. I made the earliest appointment for repairs that they offered, which was over 2 months away. The reason given for the wait was that Dent Clinic could do some of the repairs themselves, but then they would bring it to a body shop for conventional repairs. I got a rental car and dropped my car off at the appointed date. Almost 2 weeks later, the insurance company called me stating that my car was just sitting at Dent Clinic waiting for the conventional repairs. The insurance company would not pay for a rental if the car was not being worked on. That day, Dent Clinic called me and increased the price from ther initial estimate by $3,000. They said that it would be another 2 month wait for the car to be fixed because they had to make an appointment with the conventional repairs shop. I thought that they had already made this appointment which is why I had waited months to begin with. They said that the guy who made the initial estimate was wrong by $3,000. I was upset that they had started working on my car without giving me the new estimate. I had lost the opportunity to send my car to a body shop for which my insurance company guarantees repairs. I struggle to even give this place 1 star. We brought our car in after being damaged in the 2017 hail storm. We got there and they charged us $1,000 more than expected. Over the next year parts of our roof started coming up and leaking water into our car. When we took it back for them to fix, they filled the holes with glue and this portion of the roof is still popping up and not fixed. They could have easily offered to do the harder but better work and they didn't. Not to mention, their secretary has never been friendly, at any point- arguing with my husband on the phone, couldn't find our paper, or our keys! She is very rude. We have a car that still leaks water... our car was in better shape with the hail damage. I will never recommend their service to anyone! Go anywhere else, they don't fix their poor work. read more

I In 2010, I purchased a car with a dent and a dealer quoted me over $2000 to repair it and the Dent Clinic was able to repair it for a fraction of that cost. My friend brought her RAV4 to Dent Clinic to get the hail damage fixed and afterwards she referred me to them and mentioned their outstanding service and quality of work. I brought my 2013 Acura RDX to Dent Clinic a week later to get the hail damage fixed as well. The hail damage on my car was pretty bad, there was dents on the entire body. Rick and Patty went above and beyond what was expected for my car. I am so happy with the turn out. My car looks brand new. When I first picked up my car, I noticed some hail damage that we initially missed. Patty and Rick took care of it immediately without any hesitation or questions. They even covered an expense that was unplanned and even worked with my insurance. They even took time out of their busy schedule to fix my fiance's mirror on his car. Have never left a bad review before. Felt it necessary to do so now. We waited for almost a year after the May 2017 hail storm to have my vehicle repaired. We were provided with a written estimate from the Dent Clinic for hail damage repair that we were advised also included the replacement of a few hail damaged parts. Deductible included. When the hail damage was finally repaired we received a call telling us that the replacement parts were going to cost additional. I explained that we were advised when we received their estimate that the cost for the few damaged parts was included and that those parts had even been listed on their estimate. Was firmly advised we were wrong that the estimate was for dent repairs only. At this point they had the vehicle in their possession and had already worked on it. Not much we could do. Delays, excuses, ordering, reordering of the few parts needed, we found when we picked up the vehicle that they had ordered and installed 2 parts that were entirely wrong. They were advised specifically what replacement parts to order and where they could order the parts from along with the prices. To get my vehicle back without further delay I had even taken my time to help them find the parts and had faxed all the information including prices to them. Then I was made aware that they had requested a second supplemental payment from my insurance company. To date they never have provided me with an invoice showing what this additional billing actually covered. After letting them know we wanted the damaged parts returned to us (per insurance company) we were advised they were going to charge us the deductible. In this same telephone conversation that got unfortunately heated I was then told that they normally do not normally charge customers their deductible, however because of the heated conversation I had just had with them they were now going to charge me the deductible?? After paying the deductible to get my vehicle back - it took almost a month - we received a phone call from the Dent Clinic a few days later stating that they want their customers to be happy so they had decided that they were now going to reimburse the deductible. Surprise!!! It has been almost a month and no reimbursement received as of this writing?? Bottom line - the owner does good body/dent work and he was very pleasant at the time we received his estimate and during the times we spoke with him. He even painted the rear tail light metal brush guards that were damaged. However, the work performed was definitely not worth all the unnecessary hassle, stress, headaches, wrong parts that were put on and the overall total frustration we had to endure. read more

I needed my hail damage repaired so I went in for an estimate, which was very reasonable. I gave them my service, and I truly regret it. They significantly underestimated the time needed to get the dents out, leaving me without my vehicle much longer than anticipated. On top of that, I had to schedule separate appointments to get my windshield and hood replaced. In both cases, I showed up as scheduled and they didn't have the correct part, meaning I had to take more time out of my schedule for more appointments. From start to finish, this process took over two months and was very frustrating. If I need hail damage repaired again, I will go somewhere else. read more
