Thank you George for repairing my Jeep in an impressively mediocre way, after 6 months and repairing the damaged exterior and making the interior worse. With lousy customer service giving excuse after excuse. The interior was in a decent way at first but I fell for Greentech Auto and now the whole interior of my Jeep is out of place, cracked covers, holes in the covers, missing parts, lousy welding work where it didn't exist before, bent edges that They should be straight, loose noise door hitting frame, loose driver seat, loose reverse camera, lousy paint job.

I highly recommend Green Tech Auto Body. From the beginning, Grant was communicative and straight forward over Yelp Messaging. His price was very reasonable and his work is immaculate. I had multi-panel damage, which made for a more complex repair and Grant was honest and reasonable about the work from the beginning. Beyond the car repair, there were additional parts of this experience that made it exceptional. The Green Tech Auto Body team is very professional in their customer service and office appearance. Upon walking into the office, I was greeted by their kind and welcoming office manager. I immediately noticed how clean everything was. Additionally, the manager's desks are spaced out, there is clorox wipes and hand sanitizer available to customers, there is a waiting area with nice couches and a flat screen tv, and the office is overall spotless. This is so important for a COVID-19 pandemic era, in which cleanliness is as necessary as customer service and great work. Look no elsewhere for your car repair because this is the 5 star experience.

If I could give negative stars I would. I cannot come during the week with work and treatment for the accident. Jeff had sent a message to come over for an estimate after seeing a review of another collision shop. I took my car in and Mark was not at all helpful and seemed to have trouble with English. He wouldn't listen to what I was saying and wanted. He further told me he wasn't working on Saturday and he was doing me a favor by looking at my car. He didn't look at my car or listen to anything I said. I don't have the estimate I was promised in the previous message from Jeff. I will let the court know about these interactions as well. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with the collision shops in Denver and their unresponsive people! Thanks for nothing!

What a great place! I am *very* particular about my car (I have to change my own oil because I don't trust the oil places) and I am perfectly happy I trusted these guys to fix it. The people here are very nice, helpful, and responsive to questions. I would recommend this place to everyone. They even cleaned my floor mats! They made the repairs look great. You can't even tell there's a new bumper or liftgate. They get the work done quickly and do it well.

While examining my vehicle the estimator Paul allowed the hood to free-fall onto the safety catch, which was still in an up position, likely because it was not functioning correctly due to the front end damage. I saw this as it happened, but not quickly enough to prevent it. We opened the hood again to find the frame of the safety catch now pushed down inside the surrounding platform. Paul immediately apologized and said, 'that's on me.' He tried to return the safety latch back to its original position but failed. He then asked for the keys and drove the vehicle inside their shop to repair the catch. He returned with the latch held in place by duct tape surrounding the frame of the catch (you can see this in the photo attached to this review). He assured me they would 'take care' of this when I brought the vehicle back for repair of the front end damage. Upon receiving their repair estimate via email later that day I noticed it included a line item for $96.47 for the safety catch. The line item showed labor was 'included.' At this point I decided it may be better to take the vehicle to a certified Volvo repair center because the estimate from Quality One indicated they were not qualified to re calibrate the front end camera. I returned to Quality One later that same day to ask for compensation for the broken safety catch. Paul seemed willing to compensate me for the damaged catch, but then the owner PJ was called in. PJ basically said as far as he was concerned the safety catch was already broken and I should just have insurance cover that cost as part of the overall repair. I tried to reason with him, but he wouldn't budge. This has been very upsetting for me, as Paul clearly admitted to breaking the frame of the safety catch. At this point there is nothing I can do but post this review as a warning to others who are considering using Quality One Dent for their repairs.

They didn't fix my car…read moreright and it was extremely difficult and exhausting to get Quality One Dent to admit their mistake and fix it. Exhaustingly and after much dialogue they made a second attempt to re-install the same exact bumper. Interestingly, after their second attempt it aligned better - so it was poor quality the first time! It was the exact same bumper and it was never replaced with an OEM bumper so why couldn't they admit it was shoddy workmanship and as Danielle stated "take great pride in their work and commitment to customer satisfaction" - and fix it correctly. Ultimately, they could improve the result - they just didn't want to! Look at the attached pictures (and also my previously supplied pictures) and you be the judge. These were MY photos - not Quality One's photos. After two attempts, with the SAME exact bumper, ironically, they were able to realign better. Because of Quality One Dent's refusal to accept that the first install was terrible, BOTH sides were difficult - including Quality One Dent. After holding onto our car for many, many weeks, and when it was apparent they had to make a second attempt to install correctly, now all of a sudden Quality One Dent had no room for my vehicle at their lot. They had no problem with the multiple weeks they sat on it at their lot (when they said they would only need it one week) but now because they're angry and unwilling to work with their customer, they wanted us to take it home with the initial bad install and shoddy workmanship and bring it back later. Ridiculous and very transparent their intentions. Incredibly unprofessional.

We took our vehicle in for an initial estimate with them and a repair date was scheduled a month down the road. We brought our car in at the appointed time. Mike, the owner called me once tear down was complete and estimated 2 weeks for the repair. They also had some warranty work they needed to correct on some prior damage. We were in a rental car through USAA. As time went on, we were told our car was "in production" over and over again. As insurance companies do, they only approve the rental car for the estimated amount of initial repair time (2 weeks). USAA called saying they had not received information from Hampden about a supplement and could not approve the rental without one, we called on conference to Hampden and spoke with Mike. Mike was argumentative stating that the car was in line for repair and there was nothing he could do. That there was no supplement, they were busy and would submit a supplement at the end of the work if there was one. USAA explained that they could not approve a rental for beyond the time allotted without a supplement and round and round they went while I, the customer, was stuck in the middle. Eventually USAA approved the rental for another 2 weeks despite not having any supplemental information. At the end of those 2 weeks (they've now had my car for a month) I was again stuck with no car and the end of the rental looming. I called Hampden again and spoke with Brian. He informed me that my car was in line for paint and was not ready. USAA approved the rental extension based on that for a week. Then at the end of the week, here we go again. USAA had reached the end of what they could pay for a rental without supplemental information. We again called on conference to Hampden and spoke with Brian. Not only was Brian not helpful he was rude and obstructive. He proceeded to the tell the adjuster that he wasn't going to argue repair time with her because she didn't know what she was talking about and my car was in line for paint. The adjuster responded that she has been in the business for 20 years and she understands how repair shops work. The conversation devolved from there . Needless to say, there was no resolution and the call ended badly. So badly in fact that the adjuster called me back and recommended that I report them to their corporate office, unfortunately, there isn't one. At this point, my 2-week repair was at 7 weeks and they could no longer justify a rental car. A week went by, now without a rental car and again I called Hampden expecting my car to be finished, after all it was in line for paint a week ago, surely it must be done by now. This time Mike fielded my call. My car still wasn't done and it was still in line for paint. When I inquired as to why my car sat for a week waiting for paint since I was told the same thing a week ago, Mike explained that they have 60 cars on rotation there. Some of those cars have been sitting for months waiting for parts and when those parts come in they get pushed to the front of the line further delaying my repairs. To his credit Mike did offer to pay for a rental vehicle and did cut us a check at the end. My car ended up taking an additional 2 weeks for a total of 9 weeks! For a drivable, minimal damage repair. Do they do good work, yes. Is it the most frustrating experience you will ever have, also yes. Hampden Auto body is like dropping your car into a black hole. Whatever they tell you for a time estimate is a lie, multiply it by at least 4. Don't expect them to work with the insurance company paying for your repairs. They blatantly refused to use the USAA online document submission system and refused to send the paperwork to justify extending the rental. Expect Mike and Brian to be condescending, obstructive and thoroughly unhelpful. I cannot recommend them less. There are plenty of good repair shops in Denver that are better organized, customer friendly and courteous

They "inspected" my claims of impact but clearly did nothing to fix the issues I was seeing and hearing when I had my accident. I am not sure how this is USAA certified but I recommend looking for alternatives since they had a really hard to communicating and dealing with my claims representative and had to connect my representative to their front desk associates (the people at the front desks are professional and kind people) it's bewildered to me that all the leg work that was needed in order to my claim rolling I might as gotten a pay check for all the hours I needed to take out of my work day to get my vehicle serviced. After I received my slightly repair vehicle I've noticed not much has been repaired and I didn't have a final say on whether my service was satisfactory or not and they did not go over the "inspection" results at all!!! Leading to question if they even looked into in the first place. I've gave them an honest feedback on their survey just to have the owner double down that they're only are going to do the bare minimum repairs and charge a heavy priced repair for a small cosmetic repair.
