So much can be done to improve the customer experience. They probably just need someone corporate to visit this location to rectify the issues. There isn't a whole lot that needs to be done to correct the issues, but something needs to happen or else this place will go out of business at the price point. I ordered a ball and it did not look remotely close to what it showed online…read more when I emailed the returns department they blamed it on Storm for the photo that they send them. "We are very sorry for any inconvenience on this. We have actually brought this same issue up to Storm before because the stock photo of this ball makes the colors seem much brighter than what the ball is in person. Unfortunately this is how this ball comes. This is not a blemish or defect but this is what this ball looks like in person. It is not exclusive to Bowling.com either. All of the other websites that sell this ball will have the same stock photo from Storm but when you get the ball it will be darker than the stock photo. We try to note that the colors may vary some from what the picture shows and we also show a few customer reviews which say that the ball looks different in person than the picture (it also says this on other websites reviews for this same ball ). If you would like to fill out a return for a refund we can issue a full refund for the ball once this back. The link below will get you to our Return RMA page.
