She came up to our table and demanded that I pay $10 to be there, even though I wasn't bowling myself. I've never seen this at any bowling alley and the friends we were with said they hadn't seen it either. Thankfully, we got this lunacy circumvented, but it put a damper on the night for me. I ordered a ball and it did not look remotely close to what it showed online…read more when I emailed the returns department they blamed it on Storm for the photo that they send them. "We are very sorry for any inconvenience on this. We have actually brought this same issue up to Storm before because the stock photo of this ball makes the colors seem much brighter than what the ball is in person. Unfortunately this is how this ball comes. This is not a blemish or defect but this is what this ball looks like in person. It is not exclusive to Bowling.com either. All of the other websites that sell this ball will have the same stock photo from Storm but when you get the ball it will be darker than the stock photo. We try to note that the colors may vary some from what the picture shows and we also show a few customer reviews which say that the ball looks different in person than the picture (it also says this on other websites reviews for this same ball ).
