Ruslan from Steam Line came out and fixed our carpet... our carpet was obviously poorly installed. Ruslan, literally took the time to explain to us exactly how our carpet was initially installed improperly.. he explained to us exactly what needed to be done and how it needed to be done... he even showed us and explained to us the difference in the quality of the material/tape that the builder used to install and keep our carpet bound together vs the material/tape that Steam Line uses. He told us what to look out for and be aware of once the contractors that the builder uses at new build start laying our floors and carpet down. He was very informative and extremly polite. I was about to offer him dinner... we were so appreciative... but I did know if that would be appropriate. Lol I actually wish that we could call and ask him to come look at the floors in our new build before we close just so that we know that the floors are approved and certified done correctly someone we trust that knows what they are doing and will actually make sure that the floors are done correctly. Our carpet is extremely flat. Flatter than it was when we built the home three years ago. It looks great. It looks so new and so fresh that I almost want to stay in the home. Almost ;-) he did an awesome job and it made me so happy that we do not have to replace any of the carpet in the home.
