Service Advisor Michael Smith and mechanic Tommy were very accommodating, friendly and professional. As my party and myself were traveling through on our way home (2 1/2 hours away) on Thursday, October 11, 2019, my 2019 Lincoln Navigator (that had a little over 5,000 miles on it) had transmission problems. The closest Ford dealership we stopped at in Longview had no interest in helping, saying it would be Monday or Tuesday. I called the next closest, which was All Star Ford. Mr. Smith was friendly and said sure, come on over. Come to find out, there was no oil in my engine! The service team discovered a problem described in TSB 19-2232. Tommy (last name?) came out and explained everything sufficiently and your staff stayed until 6:10 until we were fully taken care of and on our way. While we were waiting, we were offered water, coffee, and a pleasant waiting area. Mr. Smith checked on us about 3 times to make sure we were comfortable. My wife and I purchased 2 vehicles from All-Star back in the spring of 2017. We had already picked out what we wanted online and went to the dealership to check out the vehicles. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted at the door by a very friendly staff. We explained to them that we had already looked at some vehicles online and would like to look at them. They went and got us the vehicles and allowed us to drive them around and gave us plenty of space to think about our decision. We ended up purchasing the vehicles and we love them. Buyers be ware. Because they still practice the ole bait and switch. Me and my wife went in to buy a truck was quoted a price by the salesman and when we went in to sign the paper work the price was different. We tried to back out of the deal but couldn't because they said they had already sold my trade in. There is more to this story but in all this was the worst experience we have ever had. The manager said the salesman had made a mistake and tried to make it better by giving us free oil changes. Never will we go to another all star ford dealership. read more
