Really wish they were local so I could use them more often. They were a Godsend when we had car trouble in Texas trying to get home to OK after a long vacation. When all the other dealers wouldn't look at our car for another 3 days (or wouldn't look at our car at all) they said they could get us in the following morning at 7:30am (We called late in the afternoon). They gave us a quick update and said it could be fixed by noon. It was fixed by 10:30 am! They even offered to pick us up saving us an Uber or Lyft expense. Without them, we'd either be stranded in TX for another few days or have to spend hundreds on a rental car to take home and then drive all the way back from OK when it was fixed. They really saved our bacon. They are quick and curtious. I can't recommend them enough. read more

Before you do business with Gabriel/Jordan Buick GMC I want you to know that their word means nothing. I spoke to the General Manager, Scott on Friday 12/6/25. They had a vehicle I wanted to purchase for my wife for Christmas. We live out of state. He assured me that I did not need to give a deposit that my word was enough to secure the vehicle. We began the paperwork process and we both took off of work on Monday to travel and finish the deal. The salesman we were dealing with called us less than 24 hours later to say they sold the vehicle. This is a very disappointing situation and not the way a professional business should be ran. I do not recommend using this dealership. read more

My truck had a service engine code pop up . I called the local Chevy dealership and they never returned my call. I called Paula at Gabriel Jordan GMC and she got me in quickly.. Took care of issue with vehicle and had me back on road next day. Great service in my book. They now will service all my GM vehicles. read more

As far as car dealerships Gabriel Jordan Buick/ Gmc is the only place I buy my rides. The staff makes you feel like family. They also have the top rated mechanics around as well as Service personal who will help you along with every step to getting you back on the road. Kudos to Tim Capps and his team for providing pain free auto care and all around best qaulity vehicles on the market. Decided to buy a GMC Canyon in mid-2018. Discovered some of the safety features I really wanted were unavailable on that year model. Had shopped with several dealerships but Gabriel Jordan was the only one that offered to special order me a 2019 Canyon exactly to my specifications and at a competitive price to boot. The special order came off the line in record time (about 4 weeks) but GM had transportation problems (no fault of Gabriel Jordan) and my truck was "stuck" in St. Louis, MO. Gabriel Jordan sales and management (Chuck Pinson and Tim Capps) decided it had been too long and at the expense of Gabriel Jordan sent a transport to pick up my truck. It arrived exactly to my specifications and I am so happy with it. Chuck Pinson my sales rep was very understanding when I called to check on delivery. He kept me informed as we waited. Tim Capps (Dealer Principal) was involved in the process every step of the way. Both made me feel like a special customer throughout the entire sales and delivery process. I really appreciate the extra effort put forth by the entire Gabriel Jordan team: Tim, Chuck, Chris, Paula, and Danny. All have gone above and beyond to provide me with outstanding customer service for many years. The only reason that I didn't rate them a 5 is because of their sales department. Within a 12 month time frame, I purchase two new vehicles, a 2019 Chevy Traverse and a 2020 Chevy Silverado 2500 4x4. Both of these vehicles were not purchased at the Henderson dealership. Their sales people do not follow up on interested customers, nor try to find the vehicle of your choice. I intended to order the Traverse thru the local dealer. The sales person was no help, very non-energetic, except for playing with his computer and phone. For the second purchase, the salesman did not provide me with any option for ordering one, nor did he make an attempt for a sale. I would give the parts department, service manager and mechanics a 10 if it was on the scale. They kept me abreast of the repairs, provided me with a clean loaner and have always treated me with utmost respect. These folks are super friendly and go out of their way to assist. Shannon, the service manager, is truly an outstanding asset for the dealership. She is extremely knowledgeable of GM vehicles and has the abilities to diagnose many of the issues to complete a repair. I would give a 0 if I could. We had a diesel exhaust sensor go down on a work vehicle about 0200 this morning. Looked up the closest dealership and limped in to their parking lot. They opened st 0738 and the service mgr wouldn't work on our vehicle because it had to be manned at all times. We went up the road to the Chevy dealership and they fixed it without hesitation. 3 hours later we're on the road. Anti-government I guess. read more

Easy to buy the car but terrible service after the sale. I was sold the expensive extended warranty and it won't cover transmission work (2 months after I bought it). I also wasn't aware that the warranty is only good at the dealership you bought it at. Plus, they are a partner with Wagner Cadillac and they aren't any more help at all. read more

I will never buy a car from Gabriel Jordan in Kilgore, Tx, or another one of their dealerships. I bought a used Mitsubishi Outlander and at the time of purchase, was told we have 30 days/3,000 miles warranty that they will take care of anything that needed to be taken care of with no questions asked. I called and let them know we found several spots where the paint is chipped and rusted also the tires are out of alignment and balance. I was told this is wear and tear and not covered. Really?!? What happened to "anything you need is covered"? I understand these are wear and tear items but you overpromised what you would actually do. Also, be sure to check your paperwork. They tried to charge $399 for an antitheft package that included printing the vin on the windows. I asked to have it removed and was told that it couldn't be removed since the service was already performed. I insisted and it was removed... Only because the finance manager found out that it had not been done at all! Buyer Beware and they don't have to worry about my purchases coming to them any more. There is too much competition to bother with poor services and not delivering on their promises. read more

Stay far away from this place if you expect to be treated fairly, and I am already exploring my legal options after discovering my purchase was blatantly misleading. I purchased a used Ford, which came with a 3 month/3000 mile warranty. When I took the truck in for a 4wd/Front suspension problem (within my warranty period), I was told they could not repair, because they're not equipped to diagnose issues on Fords. Prior to me picking up the truck, they made every effort to weasel their way out of making any repairs or sending the truck to the Ford dealership to fix the problem. I swapped out a $12 solenoid in the parking lot with the service manager present, and fixed the problem myself. Steve, Mike, & Chris remained professional throughout the entire ordeal, because I was frustrated that they would not honor the warranty provided. read more

So extremely grateful to this business and their employees. My daughter, son in law, and grandson are in the process of moving from Louisiana to the west coast. Being a military family they are far from family. Day one of their journey; moving themselves, their pets, and their RV home across country, their truck broke down. They received the sad news that not only would it be expensive it would also be timely. Having pre planned and paid for their trip this was not good news. Long story short (?) the employees of Gabriel/Jordan Buick GMC have gone above and beyond helping this young family. From discussing options, working the best deals, making sure they made it to a hotel for the night, to buying special toys for my grandson to play with they helped turn a huge BUMMER into a small bump in the road. Beyond excellent! I'm currently traveling the country with my family and the check engine light came on. I took my truck into Gabriel Jordan GMC because it was the closest to where we were staying, my luck was great that day. The service people were professional and nice, they took the time to listen to what was going on and made sure I knew where the waiting area was and I had coffee. While I was waiting to find out what was wrong, everyone that walked past said "Good morning" with a smile, that is a rare thing nowadays. Once the problem was found, it was going to take 2 days to fix, they made sure I had a ride back to where I was staying. I got a ride back with was the friendliest guy, 'Big Mike', he talked about his town and the GMC business with an unparalleled pride. The next day they called me to keep me up to date on the status plus they found a few minor error codes that they offered to fix. When the truck was finished, they sent Big Mike back out and gave me a ride back. When I paid the bill, they made sure I was aware of all the repairs, and they were exceptionally plensent. When I walked out to get my tuck I noticed that they had even washed it! Now that's service! I can't recommend them enough! read more
