I have called multiple times over the past 28 years with complaints. Most recently I called regarding debris being shoved into the green barrier at the back of my property. I waited two months for help from this company to retrieve their garbage from my property. Then I found out that the debris was from their landscapers who found it easier to deposit stuff onto my property than to haul it away. Then I discovered that one of their rental units was fitted with downspouts running about 6 feet into my property rather than running along the building and away from my property. Cutting corners and shirking their responsibilities seems to be their mode of operation. It took me having an absolute fit with the owner of Delta to get their debris off my property. Devaron Roedel watched me do the work (I'm 62 and was 4 days out of surgery for cancer). They did reroute the downspout the next day but it should have never been on my property in the first place. If you are a renter, I would highly suggest you steer clear of this irresponsible company, they don't care and most certainly give you the run around if you need their help.

With the cash from the sale, we had so many grand plans to start our lives together. We hired a realtor, got all the issues resolved in the condo (don't even get me started on how long it takes them to respond to a maintenance request - we're talking an average of 6-12 months before even responding, despite multiple emails and calls or the fact they had a leak from a top floor they never fully addressed and we had literal black mold and MUSHROOMS growing inside our home), stayed up for days and hours every night to clean and get it market ready while still working full time jobs. We had an offer within 10 days. Before we could close, Conwell Associates (run only by a mother and her daughter) surprises us with a deferred maintenance issue due to outdoor railings being out of code but they wouldn't be able to re-start the project until January because they claim to have" run out of funds". We can now only accept cash offers because no one will give a loan with this "deferred maintenance". We were told this back in September. Now we're being told they have just NOW started on the blueprints to start the project. So they either lied about starting the project in 2024, or they're lying about it now. We are now stuck with a lease AND a mortgage that we've had to pay for 6 months and are behind on every bill despite working overtime to make ends meet. We can't start a family, can't afford to celebrate birthdays or on anything outside of bills, we had to cancel our honeymoon, and will most likely become bankrupt because we're now in massive amounts of debt. We got married in June of 2024, hopeful for new beginnings and they have made it the most stressful 6 months. It's really testing us through what was supposed to be our honeymoon phase. CONWELL ASSOCIATES ARE CROOKS AND RUIN LIVES. We will definitely be suing, going to the media, contacting the DA and other legal professionals to support - whatever we can to stop them from getting away from this and negatively impacting so many people!

Did not get any response back until July 14, 2017 finally asking for the make and model number. No response until the 15th of August! Had an appointment set up for repair on the 24th of August for repair. Instead of calling me to double check the appointment got cancelled and now won't be until the 31st of August! So that will be 69 days without a proper working stove/oven! They will not handle any issues if you have any with other tenants! I have a coupke that are up until 4 or 5 am every morning pounding, banging and slamming things around and beating on our walls! They were using an impact driver, cordless drill and a hammer for a week until 4 am! When I sent an email to the property manager about I was told that multifamily living is not conducive to everyone and we could move! Basically the rental agreement is nothing more than a motion they go through nothing except the rent being collected is enforced!

When she called to tell me about the fees I would be charged I asked her how much it would all cost and in a condescending voice she said "well I have 2 weeks to get you that so you have to wait" instead of I will email that as soon as I can. I saw previous reviews about this place after the fact and I regret not looking into them more.
