I have called multiple times over the past 28 years with complaints. Most recently I called regarding debris being shoved into the green barrier at the back of my property. I waited two months for help from this company to retrieve their garbage from my property. Then I found out that the debris was from their landscapers who found it easier to deposit stuff onto my property than to haul it away. Then I discovered that one of their rental units was fitted with downspouts running about 6 feet into my property rather than running along the building and away from my property. Cutting corners and shirking their responsibilities seems to be their mode of operation. It took me having an absolute fit with the owner of Delta to get their debris off my property. Devaron Roedel watched me do the work (I'm 62 and was 4 days out of surgery for cancer). They did reroute the downspout the next day but it should have never been on my property in the first place. If you are a renter, I would highly suggest you steer clear of this irresponsible company, they don't care and most certainly give you the run around if you need their help.

So that will be 69 days without a proper working stove/oven! They will not handle any issues if you have any with other tenants! I have a coupke that are up until 4 or 5 am every morning pounding, banging and slamming things around and beating on our walls! They were using an impact driver, cordless drill and a hammer for a week until 4 am! When I sent an email to the property manager about I was told that multifamily living is not conducive to everyone and we could move! Basically the rental agreement is nothing more than a motion they go through nothing except the rent being collected is enforced!

They forced me to pay what they call a pass-through fee for water and sewer that was not in the lease contract. Any type of upkeep (i.e. appliances, skylights, pest control) I had to quote the law to them and force the work to be done. Once the lease was up, they took me to court claiming that I had unpaid fees. Using them as a rental agency and realtor will only cause headaches and anguish. STAY AWAY!!!

They promptly listed the house, but I never got any response back about the maintenance. When it came time to move, they made me pay for the very thing I informed them of and tried to get fixed a few months prior! They claimed they never got the information (although, they conveniently read the REST of that email). When I told them exactly where they could find the email so they'd see that I did, in fact, notify them, they told me that it doesn't matter, that they would have charged me anyway. Not only that, because of their errors and complete disregard for anything I tried to tell them, I was sent to collections for unpaid utilities used AFTER I MOVED OUT! When I called to try and straighten it out, I got a very rude phone call back informing me that it's "not their problem that I can't manage my own issues." I will NEVER send anyone their way. TERRIBLE.

Katie was extremely kind, personable, and professional, and gave me the strong sense that she and the company she represents are trustworthy and sincere. The townhome was great, but unfortunately, another applicant applied for the unit the night before we met, so the timing didn't work out. After we toured the property, Katie was kind enough to show me another home nearby, and went above and beyond, by searching for other properties in the area managed by Maple Leaf. I decided to not move at this time, but am grateful for all of Katie's help and hope to work with her and Maple Leaf Property Management in the future.

When I moved in I told them there was a hole in the outside wall, near the kitchen window. For the next 1.5 years I told them and they had their own inspectors take pictures of it. Despite this, they only made a move to fix it once I reported them to the city. The whole time I lived there I was told that all of my things molding was my fault (including 2 beds!). I was told to leave my cupboard doors and drawers open to prevent mildew in the kitchen. The dehumidifier I requested would fill up at the end of each day. When they finally opened the wall to fix the hole, there was black/wet insulation and they had to replace half of the kitchen's 2x4's, and the workers found another hole with earth worms living in the kitchen under the dishwasher. Despite having 5 different workers out to deal with the hole and earth worms, this was never fixed by the time I moved out. And then, 2 weeks before I moved out there was water dripping out of the bathroom ceiling fan. They opened it up to find a leak that had to be going on for at least a year because the insulation was again black and the wood was moldy. They did not fix this before I moved out. I just had to live with a hole in the ceiling above the shower... Then they illegally withheld $750 from my deposit. They didn't follow the law by detailing the reasons for withholding this amount. They simply printed out a screenshot of text messages with their handyman giving an estimate on two projects. Thankfully I was able to recover the deposit since they do not know the law or how to do their jobs. There is so much more, but this should suffice as a warning. Lastly, their own employees bad mouth each other. Highly unprofessional and shows the do not even follow basic respect standards. Disgusting, gaslighting, lying, and incompetent company. Steer clear!

I told her that I would be moving out of state and not working for a period of time and we both had made it clear he would be paying for the rent. I told her I would be a student when I went to washington and would not be contributing financially and she even said that she'd add a line in the lease that said if he was got out of the lease then I would too which I told her was completely fine. She also refused to answer any questions just saying she needs it and was hurrying me for my income information like 30 minutes after she had asked me for it. And then after I sent her my employer information and income she asked for my savings... We applied somewhere else and got approved instantly and looking at the reviews it seems like a lot of other people have had issues with her would NOT recommend this place at all.

When she called to tell me about the fees I would be charged I asked her how much it would all cost and in a condescending voice she said "well I have 2 weeks to get you that so you have to wait" instead of I will email that as soon as I can. I saw previous reviews about this place after the fact and I regret not looking into them more.
